We like that the hotel has been responsive since our last comments 3 weeks ago on their jerky lifts. The lift is now much smoother and the ride is less distressing. We had a smaller room this time vs the Suite the last time. We find that the toilet in this smaller room is a probably a renovated room with much better design - it also has a very clean bath tub. Overall the room was lovely and comparable to many 5/6 stars Hotel.

I found the condition of the baby pool have deteriorated since my last visit 3 weeks ago. I picked up a handful of dislocated tiles in the pool. I am afraid that children in the pool can be cut by the tiles or the area where the tiles have come off. Very dangerous.

Excellent size twin bedded room with sea view balcony. Beds, pillows and bed linen were some of the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. Decor is getting a bit dated but I did not mind and loved the ample space of the room. Balcony was small but lovely; I was able to enjoy a smoke while watching the bay. Breakfast was good, not perfect, but I was always able to find good food to fill my belly enough for the day until dinner. Good gym, excellent swimming pools which I could actually dive into as they are 2.5m in the deep end. Location of this hotel is excellent.

Not a lot to complain about. Elevators are a bit slow.

Thought i would give this hotel a try. Close to beach and central Pattaya has a seperate deep pool so you don’t have to listen to screaming children. Good value for a sea view room although I stayed in wet season. Rooms are clean and comfortable with good view of the sea and mini bar. Huge range of cable channels to watch. Best I have seen anywhere including much more expensive hotels in the area. Lobby and grounds is stunning, staff are very helpful, polite and all speak English😁. Gym is well equipped and spacious. Most pleased to stay here and would highly recommend

Small bathroom and balcony but that all good if your solo.

THE BAYVIEW HOTEL PATTAYA is a wonderful place that I discovered about a year ago after many years of visiting Pattaya, I decided to stay in this hotel which turned out to be a wonderful Pearl and perhaps the best place on the entire Coastal Strip. Its location is fantastic as it has an excellent view of the sea. The rooms are large and comfortable, clean and although it is not a new hotel, it is excellently maintained. It is a high class hotel for people who really want a vacation. There are excellent pools, a private restaurant and bar, wonderful staff who take care of every detail constantly with a smile and a desire to help those staying at the hotel. The location is also exceptional as it is located right next to Pattaya Central, which gives the convenience of just leaving the hotel to enter this huge store where you can find everything for shopping from the most expensive brands to food products, many restaurants, cafes and all kinds of pleasures that are nearby. Of all possible categories, I highly recommend it for a visit by anyone who likes good things that are valuable and durable.

Staff were all so friendly and helpful. A real family friendly hotel. My Son was so relaxed and we all enjoyed our stay immensely. Pool was excellent as were the rooms and bar. The barman and swimming pool attendants really engaged with my son. I'd like to thank Anusorn particularly as he was very helpful with some important paperwork that I had to bring on holiday with me. The restaurant caters for all tastes as well.I will be booking here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

Well maintained - you can tell that its aging but they managed to keep them in good shape. Location is perfect - right opposite to the beach and right next to central pattaya shopping mall. A lot of eateries around the area. We had 3 kids and its so convenient to live around here. They also offer free parking!!! The check-in process was smooth and Offryn was exceptionally pleased to deal with. Despite being located in the center, its still very secure and quiet at night.

The only thing if i want to be picky about is the breakfast choice. They offer quite a variety of hot foods, salad bar, egg station, etc. The taste is just average.,

The location. Our sea view room was beautiful, as was our city view twin room. Clean, spacious. Pool was lovely and food at the 24 hr restaurant was tasty and reasonable. We really liked the air conditioned bar and the walk through the pool to the beach.

We asked for rooms next to each other but were given floors three floors apart so my husband and I split up and each took one of our teenage daughters in our room so they were not alone. The hotel was very full. The elevators were quite slow and a bit rickety but apart from this everything else was super.

Location of the hotel and 2 rooms next to each other were great. Breakfast had good variety of food: cooked and fresh 3 pools , play room and tree house with swings were popular with kids Special Thank you to Jack, nothing was too hard for him We had a great time

Reception staff didn't speak much English. My granddaughter's pink blanket disappeared from her bed after 3-4 days Each time we went to inquire, reception organised another white hotel dona for her There was no lost and found book at the reception We just gave up after 3rd time

Early checked in Staff very friendly and nice throughout 4 nights stay, breakfast really good including egg stand, nice beach view nice room up high with balcony central, really nice pool and toddler pool, play room, landscape turtle pond fish ponds fountains, very close to beach and central location would definitely come again

No halal food. Heaps of pork.

Location - located near Pattaya beach with easy access to the beach but at the same time distant enough not be bothered too much by the sounds of the busy roads. Loads of eateries and shops nearby including the Central Pattaya Shopping Mall and the Pattaya Night Bazaar. Sea View - able to get a nice panoramic view of the bay including the Pattaya City Sign from 8th floor. Breakfast - breakfast buffet included, was decent with a choice of Continental, Indian, Chinese options.

Lifts - the two lifts are small and slow and require patience. Limited bathing space - the shower curtains tend to stick on you due to the limited space. A glass shower would have been more appropriate. Cleanliness - although quite clean in-general, the restaurant area did have small cockroaches. Also some of the dishes(bowls) kept low to the floor did seem to gather dirt. Soundproofing between rooms - Might be nitpicking, but could have improved the experience further.
