Great location so easy to hop on a bhat bus on the main road. On foot five minutes from beach, five minutes to LK Metro Good price for sure. Excellent price for the six days. When the neighbours were shouting on the phone and I told reception, the young man immediately went and asked them to make less noise. Quiet little street which is quite unusual to find in the city. You can find noisy lively ambience at a stones throw but the guest house is quiet. All in all I would say for me as a single guy not very demanding it is a very professional little guest house which provides everything I could need for a few days stay

And my admiration for its professional staff grows. One staffer, King, brought a new level of neatness and cleanliness to my room that I have not witnessed in the poshest hotels of New York City. Another, Sa, rescued me from the glitches of my Google Translate app with her clear instructions on how best to navigate the city’s neighborhoods. Not a lot of English is spoken in Thailand - not that any traveler should expect Thais to speak a foreign language - since the traveler should adapt the language and customs of the host. However, Sa’s eagerness to communicate in a traveler’s native language – just like everyone at the Siam Guest House - shows you a commitment to a compassionate sense of global community that is rare. The services of the modest Siam Guest House go beyond providing you with a place to rest your weary head. Here you find refuge in the knowledge and practice of dhamma.

I’m a journalist writing about free-and-easy Pattaya, a city whose main business is often described as pleasure, especially for playboys of the Western world and pretty young things looking for sugar daddies. This is geography of the imagination, of course, and when I rolled into the Siam Guest House for a short stay, the gracious ladies who work in reception made me keenly aware that Pattaya offered a great deal more than farang passport bros trolling the beach for insouciant young beauties. Pattaya is teeming with mystical temples, too, and locals are happy to offer the traveler their time and thoughts about their city’s cultural history, not to mention showing you breathtaking landscapes of sea, sand, and sky. As for the accommodations at this family-oriented, budget hotel, my room was spacious, serene, immaculate - a wonderful place for a writer to compose his thoughts. There is no better place in Pattaya to stay.

It is very private, own entrance. It is in easy reach of places like Beach road, shopping facilities and a few minutes walk from local bars. It was very quiet and the cleaners were amazing, cleaning the room etc. I left a tip for them, they deserved it.

My room actually had one window which looked onto a wall and no balcony so next year I have pre-booked a room with a private balcony for the same price. I visit family each year and Siam was my first try this year. No food facilities excelp free coffee tea etc but so many eating places you do not need it. Highly recommended.

the staff were very helpful.the rooms were cleaned every day and bottles of water provided. I have stayed in much more expensive guest houses and they haven't been as welcoming and as good as this guest house.its a no frills guest house but it was ideal for what I wanted. I needed a basse to use to do my travelling around and it fitted the bill exactly. coffee ☕️ was provided whenever you wanted it with was nice.all in all a brilliant guest house if your not planning to stay in your room all day.i definitely would recommend it and I would come back here if I was coming back to this area again. thank you for your hospitality and thanks to hard working cleaners for doing a brilliant job who often don't get a mention 😀

At the outset, I apologize for the delayed response. A quiet and comfortable guesthouse with small cozy rooms and extremely comfortable beds into which you would sink in, basic amenities that one needs and daily housekeeping. The property itself gives off the vibes of a homestay. The alley has food options, laundry and transport. Even though the alley is on 2nd Road (party hotspot), the property was extremely quiet, so much so that I overslept every morning. The owners of the property are extremely cordial, friendly, amiable and went out of their way to help me with any extra requirements. I had a wonderful stay. I will definitely return. Room - D12

There was nothing that I did not like about the property. Moreover, the property owners were fully forthcoming through email at the time of booking about what facilities they were able to provide at the guesthouse, so, at these affordable rates, one could not ask for facilities of hotels. What was more important was that the stay was extremely pleasant and comfortable.

I liked the bed sheets, which were 100% cotton. The room is small but comfortable. It is very clean. I stayed for 2 nights, and they automatically cleaned the room and changed the towels after 1 night. This does not always happen in Pattaya. The staff are very friendly. It is a quiet street, so you can get a good night's rest, even though it is very close to the late night entertainment venues.

This is a very minor criticism: the soap bar was extremely thin (about 2 mm). In Thailand I usually have 4 or 5 showers a day, because I get hot and sweaty every time I go out. So I used up the soap very quickly.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my friend, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The hotel is close to the beach. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff ensured regular cleaning. The price was reasonable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the room had air conditioning, which made our stay comfortable.

However, there was one downside: we only received one key for the room. This caused some inconvenience since my friend and I often wanted to do different things, and having only one key made it difficult to coordinate.

Excellent location. Walking distance to beach, LK Metro, Central festival, Shopping. Can take baht bus easily to anywhere else. Walking Street nearby too. The staff is amazing. The cleanliness is superb - the best I have seen so far. They clean rooms and change towels, sheets, etc. daily. Nice size TV with good selection of English channels. Good, firm mattress - was great for me as I have some lower back issues. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Pattaya.

Nothing really. The rooms are a bit dated but it didn't bother me. In a way, it sort of adds to the character of this guest house, so can be a positive in a sense.
