Happy that the cleaners were flexible with cleaning times. The control-all console next to the bed worked out well once I figured it out - the yellow on brown text is hard to see !

The shower head is one of those round bars that shoots a thin jet out. Good pressure, but a normal head with a rose would be a much better shower - there's no shower curtain, so water goes everywhere.

I stayed in the one bedroom suite and it was a really good size with kitchenette, living room, main bedroom, dressing room and shower/bathroom. The kitchenette was equipped for 2 people (plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery). There was also a good size fridge freezer. The only cooking appliance was a microwave but I really didn't need any more than that. The rooms were cooled by 2 separate air con systems so you were able to control temperature in the bedroom and living room separately. The suite also had 3 separate balconies! The location of the hotel is right next to a lively bar complex so expect some noise until 2am so make sure that you are ok with that before booking. This is definitely a hotel for people looking to enjoy the nightlife! Other than the bar noise it is usually very quiet. The pool area is quite small but very under used. Staff were very friendly. Room was cleaned every day and security seem good. Checking in and out was a breeze and the hotel sorted by return taxi back to the airport for a very reasonable price. I don't think there was any food service available in the hotel but you're so close to Central Festival or Royal Garden Plaza shoppping centres that you'll never struggle to find somewhere to eat. There are also plenty of other restaurants close by and a 711 about 100m down the road.

There is no real parking available for cars at the hotel even though it states there is. However, you can park at LK Metropole (part of the same group) which is just a little further down the road so its not too bad.

Staff is great. Location is excellent. Beds comfortable. Bath is nice. When you look past all the little bad parts, it's a nice hotel, and a very nice room. I got the room at a steep discount which made it feel worth it. Would stay here again.

Petty little things. It can be a bit loud late into the night. Especially if there's an idiot constantly ringing the bar bell outside. No view. The place is definitely due for renovations. Some of the light switches don't work.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful with a special mention to the excellent housekeeping staff that cleaned my room on the 6th floor every day. The location was good if you want to be near Central Pattaya, which I did and I was surprised how quiet the rooms were.

Perhaps the hotel is slightly tired looking and could do with a bit of a spruce up but overall I like the traditional furnishings and it was very clean. I had one of the smaller rooms but it was still bigger than most other hotels and comfortable.

Service and room size

Balcony too small. Oversized balcony chairs and table. Should have smaller comfortable balcony chairs and table.

Great location for us. We had a large room on the 7th floor with a spa bath which worked perfectly. A decent view over Soi Diana. The noise from the bars was unobtrusive for us. The room was a bit old-looking but everything worked. The lighting was good enough. The bed was comfortable. There is no car park but you leave your car in the LK Metro covered car park a few hundred yards down the road. The staff on check-in were very helpful.

Not much other than the place (like other LK properties we have stayed in this year) needs updating. In places, it looks tired. The only kitchen facilities were a microwave and a jug and cups. Nothing else. No plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, hot plates, toaster etc. Not that we would use it much but best be aware.

I like that it was central To all bars. Cafes and restaurants

There needs to been signs around the pool area. Warning customers Of the very slippery tiles When entering and leaving the pool area. I slipped and hurt my Toe and knee. Needs to have better coffee

Good room... great staff but the star of the stay was the location. Right in the middle of the best area in Pattaya, LK Metro. Restaurant heaven, Beer bar heaven and LK metro nightlife make for a fantastic time in Pattaya. Minutes from Beach road as well. Highly recommended.

It was an amazing price for value, considering that I come from the US and the cost was cheaper for 9 nights than what 2 nights would have been in the US.

The location was a little loud at night. It was in the middle of a busy nightlife area. If that is what you're looking for, it's perfect. But for me, it was loud, still bearable, and worth every penny .

This hotel is just a short walk to the busy nightlife or a short stroll to the main shopping areas, plenty of places to eat. pool was great, we didn't have the breakfast at the hotel but I hear it was nice. Although the area is busy at night the room was nice and quiet
