The location is perfect (beach not far, restaurants, nightlife). Good apartment with view in the city (and sea from the balcony). Rooftop pool exceptional and good Gym. The ground floor outside is quite peaceful too. Honestly, I find some reviews a little bit hard.

If you want to sleep early and don't enjoy nightlife (but what do you do in central Pattaya in this case ?), that's right you will hear a little bit the party outside late (but not too much too).

Convenient location for sure, photo section of shower instead of lobby and instead of outside I shot the angle looking towards the kitchen. The roof top pool was great on the 31st floor of building A and the exercise room and gym and pool on the third floor of building B were very nice to have access to. I would like to try a unit in building B to see if that side of the building facing outwards would be more quiet in the evening to actually get some sleep. The units that face each other’s buildings A and B would not be interesting to me because of the lack of privacy. I would love a view of the ocean from the room but most rooms do not face that direction!

A little to busy with other guests staying in other units. And the noise from the bars on the side of building A in the evening till late into the night and early morning hours was tough to sleep.

We chose this property because of the location, short walk to beach, night life and Central shopping mall. The apartment had all that you need for a short stay. A clothes washer was supplied and a filtered water tap was a bonus. There was a great view from the pool on the 31 st floor. Self-check in was easy with the clear information provided by the host who was also very supportive with any questions we had.

The apartment was compact, smaller than expected, and overlooked a side street with bars ( which you would expect with the property being so close to the night life) Subsequently, music and people enjoying themselves reached the 10th floor of the appointment, from about 9pm.

Excellent location, compact, but perfect for two. Air conditioning worked perfectly, comfy bed, great shower...Everything we needed.

This place is located in the center of the busy street. Close to Central Festival shopping mall, go-go bar, and many other things. The apartment is quite modern in overall. What I like the most was the swimming pool on the 31st floor. You can overview the whole Pattaya City and the sea there. Another good thing is the room equips a washing machine. The entrance waiting area is spacious, cozy and cool to wait taxies.

The owner suddenly changed my rooms after my booking and my new room was on 10th floor. Although it was still a sea view room, the sea view was quite slight between other buildings. Also, because it is located in the bar area, it is quite noisy at night time until 2 am, so if you are not a play boy, it may be annoying.

Everything was fine in the apartment.

The pool building B did not replace broken loungers. You can hear music in the bars until 3 a.m. Unfortunately there is no bedside lamp in the bedroom.

Our host Benjamin was very welcoming and advised and guided locations to visit, restaurants to eat and super nice guy.. Location couldn’t be better it’s at the very heart of Pattaya. Didn’t have to spend at all for taxis, everything is walking distance away.. for adults the walking street is just 5 min away and for families with kids the shopping Center is also 5 min away.. amazing rooftop infinity pool with a great view for sunsets and the city skyline. Very friendly guards at the lobby and at the gates.. always smiling and greeting us :) Very clean cozy room with all amenities and small kitchen for meals.. but why would you cook if you have 40+ restaurants in 300m radius.. would definitely come visit again just because of the Amazing host :) See you next year ❤️

Nice flat screen TV. The apartment was modern and clean. It was really nice to have a washing machine also. The location is excellent for the nightlife, restaurants, shops, and the beach is only a short walk. The owners were always available to correct any problems. Very good security also.
