very big and modern rooms with kitchen and living room and exceptional balcony view. also really good location very close to the beach.

the owner doesn’t speak English and neither send any instruction. when you come, you have to call her and try to speak somehow.. I would recommend her to write some guidance to each guest and make it easier for both parts..

Amazing view from top floor pool- reason why I booked this apartment. Pictures are accurate. Internet only in room. Big complex. Apartment on 5th floor and view of lower pool and main entrance area. No bar by the pool- so u can bring your own drink, what u can buy in 7eleven shop just around the corner. Lobby- nice sitting waiting area.

Apartment very compact, never stated in such a small place- but it’s was ok for few nights and we got what we paid for. Balcony very small- place for washing machine and dry your clothes. Only 2 hangers. Glass barrier around top pool need to be clean more often and area over the pool- viewing point- blocked- looks like need repair.

We never actually used the pool, but it looked amazing. There’s lots of security staff walking about, they seem nice enough. But there’s no reception. So you don’t really see any staff.

The location was ideal for what we wanted. Pool looked very nice. Balcony was a bit small. Didn’t have an iron or ironing board. Also, we only had 1 key! You need the key to use the lifts.

It was a cozy place, and would have been super cool if we were just a couple. But with a third member, it felt a bit small. But the location, view was awesome. Also, a housekeeping service would be great.

Just needed the Housekeeping service. Staying 3 days without housekeeping is a bit tough.

The location was good. Tv and other facilities were good

No one will come to clean the room if you book for more than a day. They ask extra money if you want to get it clean. Its ridiculous because if you book for one day they clena it but consecutive days you have to clean everything yourself.

The place was in the centre of pattaya. Many halal food nearby, few steps to pattaya beach.

The owner provided information about the key card just 2 hrs earlier before check-in , although it was according to policies, but it still made me conscious that either I will grab the key card on time or not. My recommendation is to provide the information 12 hrs before check in , in order to avoid any bad convince.

We liked the receiving area. We arrived early so it was a comfortable area to wait. It is just walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants and massage place.

The communication was a bit hard because there was no reception. We only use booking.com chat box and the host is translating our message. The host answers in Chinese and we have to translate to understand then we answer back. We also waited for a bit longer than the expected check in. Swimming pool and chill areas were not open. We were not able to fully utilize the facilities.

The location is really good. The layout of the property is great as with having a door to a separate bedroom does not mean if one person is awake, then everyone needs to be. The washing machine on the balcony is a good bonus too.

The bed was a little hard and the lights in the bathroom were really dim.
