Probably the best stay in central pattaya. Beautiful views. Amazing amenities. Great pools, sauna, steam bath and other facilities make it stand out. The host was exceptionally gracious and responsive. I locked myself out and he had me regain access in minutes. The condo is super high tech. So being forgetful as I am doesn’t mean having to inconvenience anyone. He sent me a QR code for the door and access code to my unit. Too easy! The unit itself is very clean and all of the cookery was high quality and new. Bed was so comfortable. Pillows were amazing. Was tempted to sleep in more often than not. The views from the unit will make everyone jealous. You can see the wild craziness of Pattaya and also see the Ocean. It’s does not get any better than that. The AC was perfect. Bedding was high quality I did not hear a single thing from the madness outside. Being on the 25th floor, there is no chance of that happening. Elevators were fast. No endless waiting. Roof top pools and view were such a treat There is a ton is storage for clothes. Hangers and multiple drawers. The safe works well The building is super secure. Security is helpful and gracious. I thought I lost my wallet (yup that’s me) and they went over all the cctv footage and even showed me where I walked and how it didn’t fall out of my pocket (found it in my unit, yes me again) Overall. As an experience, this is super centrally located, clean, with a gracious host, great facilities, and everything that you could want in a stay. This is going to be my go to stay when I return. Worth every penny and then some. I’ve been all over Thailand and Indonesia for the past two years. This place ranks as one of the top three stays.

The property was very nice and well-equipped for a fairly small space; it had everything you could possibly need for a short-term stay - a bedroom, a good-size kitchen with the needed equipment, and a washing machine, which is a saver in such a hot and humid climate (you literally need to wash your clothes every day). The bed and pillows were super comfy! This is the aspect that we liked the most - we had really nice sleep there))) Also, the infrastructure of the building was top-notch - panoramic pool on the rooftop, another smaller pool with a jacuzzi one floor below, gym, social area, coworking, all you can possibly need!

The only thing that was missing was a drying rack for clothes, but the host apologized for this inconvenience and assured me he would get one for the future.

A very smart high end feeling apartment. Well equipped, and comfortable bed, good bedding etc. the rooftop pool is lovely. I was unsure if a hotel would have been a better choose when booking but this was definitely better for me. Location great too - easy enough to walk to the beach or busy areas like walking st, but also a little away from late night noise. Very helpful and flexible host, available on WhatsApp.

Not really an issue - but a page of information in the appartment would be helpful - it took a while to work out where the rubbish goes etc - may be worth having a short guide.

From arranging an iron exactly when I needed it to kindly agreeing to keep my clothes that I had forgotten while drying, he ensured every small detail was taken care of with genuine care. Everything is good

It's a small, very nice apartment, literally the best location you could ever have in Pattaya, near the beach, all the bars and best restaurants. The apartment has a great view of the city from the 25th floor. On the 31st floor there are sun beds with sea view, swimming pool, gym, social lounge with a pool table. You can do laundry as well if needed. You can hear some noise from the music and party outside in the evenings, but it's not annoying. The aircon is really good and quiet. The internet is stable and fast. The host is very friendly and answers quickly by phone if there's anything you need.

It's not a hotel, it's an apartment, so there's no daily cleaning or breakfast included. For cleaning and fresh towels you need to pay extra unless you're willing to buy your own supplies and deliver to laundry yourself. Not a biggie though.

Really nice host, respond to all questions super fast, room nice with partly view on sea, clean. Big safe box with place for laptop it is a big plus. Very good Internet - if only there were some bigger table and office chair I would stay there longer. good gym with view.

you need to pay additional if you want to have cleaning with longer stay, one day one lift did not work and had to wait 10 minutes for lift, swimig pool good for photos, not so good to swim.

The Edge is a modern clean well located property.

I would like to sincerely thank you for the amazing condo experience in Pattaya. The price was incredibly affordable, especially when compared to the quality of the accommodation. The host was exceptionally helpful, allowing me to check in early and check out late, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Communication was seamless, as the host responded quickly to every message. The condo was spotless, and the building offered many great amenities. The location was perfect, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This was my first time in Pattaya, and I wasn’t sure which option to choose, but I’m so glad I picked this one. I will definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable place for 1 or 2 people. Without a doubt, I will return next time! Thank you again for everything!

Luxury apartments. These are the larger unit apartments, equipped with a kitchen, dining area and floor to ceiling glass partitions separating the bedroom. Beautiful views on very high floors. We got two units side by side for added convenience for a family. Alice the owner was so attentive, everything was perfect. The Edge is one of if not the premier place to stay in Pattaya. Centrally located, on the doorstep of the beach and surrounded by shops, markets, 7/11's, and restaurants. This is the place to stay and Alice is who you need to rent from because not all the units are this good.

Honestly not being able to stay longer it's that good here.

The room is great! Clean, comfortable, and an awesome view of the sea from the large window. The host is also amazing. He's friendly and easy to communicate with should you require any assistance. Check in was smooth. Facilities of the building are also 5 stars with a rooftop infinity pool, gym, sauna pool table, etc. Highly recommend this place. Very good value for money.
