Everything was as expected, and even better: absolutely nice and modern rooms. individual AC in my room, and when on silent mode during the night, really quiet. housekeeping was not only friendly, but also super attentive: whatever amenities I used, they refilled it immediately. balcony was nice, and luckily for me facing towards a quiet alleyway. tried the breakfast a few times (choose a room without breakfast as I dont like to stick with only one option forever), and it was not only amazing, but also exceptionally cheap - for what they offer! Went to the gym regularly - it had everything I needed. pool on the 3rd floor was nice, towels were provided!

the bed (mattress) could be a bit softer, but thats my personal preference.

Position is amazing. Stone throw to everything imaginable and un imaginable. Pool is better than first perceived, towels supplied. Room service, hotel service and facilities excellent. Very clean, very freindly, Only 1 elevator but a small price to pay for convenience. Thai eatery and English pub, Hemingway s directly across from front door are amazing. 7/11, 25 metres away as well as massages. Laundry service cheap and super quick. Can seriously just not go wrong with this one.

One elevator but no deal breaker. Breakfast was a 7 out of 10. Could expand on buffet selection, however still far from not good and food quality was good. Neighbouring bars sometimes just a bit noisy but small price for great central position.

Great location, not too crowded but still close to everything. Renovated hotel so everything looks good. There is a small swimming pool with long chairs around, looking nice as well.

Swimming pool: there is almost no sun as part of the area is covered. Some will like this though. A little bit of humidity smells in the rooms when the AC has not been turned on during the day.

Location is easily one of the main highlights regarding this hotel. However, once you step inside the lobby, you're greeted with lovely smiles and excellent hospitality. I honestly believe that in most hotels, the lobby staff as well as the cleanliness of the lobby sets the tone for the rest of the building. The room was excellent. TV, bed, shower, etc were in perfect working order. I had no issues at all.

The main issue that I notice was simply the one elevator for all floors. Being used by both staff and hotel guests, you'll easily find yourself waiting more than a few minutes than what you may expect. An iron and iron board would've been nice, but that's just me nitpicking. Still a wonderful and lovely hotel that I'd happily stay again.

great location with a lovely and clean good sized room with comfortable bed and nicely weighted duvet. Air con worked well.

Shower took a while to regulate the correct temperature, as was either boiling hot or too cold and wouldn’t maintain the correct temperature for more than a short time. Air con was good but the one in my room did rattle quite a bit, although not a big problem for me as can sleep through a nuclear blast!

The location was great , easy to get from A to B. The room was amazing and the cleanliness and the staff were excellent. They helped us with our booking and even booked an extra week. The staff were so helpful, would like to a big thank to Joseph helped us every time , most helpful and the girls at the desk. So thank you all , will be back😊

Tha all experience was very good First time stayed and before many hotels but found this good location and very clean quite hotel and great room service.. Can recommend as do not believe would be disappointed.

The restaurant choices could be better as it provides a limited choice.. Did eat twice I the restaurant and it was ok but nothing to rave about.

Great location. Nice lobby and restaurant. Good facilities. Decent value.

Some of the minor stuff has started to age. Things like some of the bathroom tiling and chairs look a little worn out. Nothing deal breaking. The shower does only either hot or big pressure weirdly. The controls are a little weird. Again nothing deal breaking but a minor inconvenience.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and staying at least 2 weeks. The location is great, because Central Mall and the beach are both a short distance walk. I also really enjoyed the coffee shop that they recently opened at the hotel.

What I didn't like is that the cable for the tv went out on my last couple of days of my stay. But, other than that minor inconvenience, my stay was great.
