Its a well-appointed unit in one of the best condo buildings in Pattaya. I often stay here. The wifi is strong and the view of course superb. The bed is comfortable and the tv had the usual channels - no complaints. The washing machine was useful and the kitchen well well-equipped. The cleaning staff used by the host were excellent. I will stay again!

The water unit sprung a leak and was dripping furiously from the ceiling. It was fixed in good time but a little disconcerting to have water leaking from a light fixture and flooding the floor.

I love the location of the condo and the space. But what Makes Cando special is the furniture and layout. This is my second stay at a Cando hosted property and I'm always impressed by something in the room. I've stayed at View Talay about 4 to 6 times with different hosts and always felt Cando is one of the best if not the best of them all.

Only hiccup I had was I arrived at 4am and couldn't check in early. Earliest check in allowed is 9am but only based on availability of the room of course. At some other places you may be able to pay a half day rate for an extremely early check in but not the case at Cando. This is more fault than the host though as everything is clearly stated and one should know and make arrangements in advance which I also did. Best to keep in touch with the host and ask any questions you have or accommodation requests.

The location is near the center of the action. Lots to do within walking distance. I arrived after working hours. The security guard helped me with my key and ensured I knew where to go. This being an apartment complex, there were coffee shops and convenience stores in the complex. I thought this was great!

The toilet seat was loose and had to be tightened. The air conditioning did not cool all that well. I came near the end of November and the air conditioning just didn't cool if, even though the temperature was set for 20c.

The apartment was great. It was on a high floor (25/986) with a fantastic sea view. All of the amenities of home were provided, and we immediately felt 'at home'. It's a pity we couldn't have stayed longer.

Nothing really. It was very hot during our visit but that was neither the fault of the apartment or Booking.com

Location is perfect Its central Pattaya so everything is within walking distance The restaurant below the stair by the Beach Road has amazing food!!! The view from Seaview aroom is amazing

Elevator should have AC but this has nothing to do with Cando. And the Bathroom could use a little tune up - just a little. Otherwise good water and everything is clean.

The hotel (studio suite) is near the center of Pattaya beach area. It is within walking distance to the Central Festival mall and the beach.

Check-in can be confusing if you arrive after closing time. The security guard has the key. There is not a secure place to leave the key if leaving before the office open. You have to leave it with security.

Location. The size of the room. The views. The bathroom. The bed. The amenities (refrigerator with ice trays, stove top with kitchenware, safe, eating area/bar)

The door to the closet was hard to move. The AC unit was leaking. It offers Netflix but you could not access your account or theirs

Was super surprised we had a great view it had an elevator that works good at first the shower didn't work until I figured out how it worked and someone had left it on high hot and keep switching it back from hot to cold once I learned to turn it down the heater I could adjust the heat with the handle we really enjoyed our night there

Will stay again.I usually don't look up out the view but we had a little balcony there. No matter where I go I try not to stay in the motel room but this room was very comfortable and the view was good. night market nightlife right across the street on one end of it and on across the street together end of it was the beach what more could you want. The only contact we had with the people at the hotel was when we checked in and when we checked out we did get a massage while we were there after a hard day of snorkeling.

Check in was quick and easy. THB 1000 returnable deposit for breakages. Very spacious studio apartment. Nice layout with lot of storage space. Could do with a little TLC. Encountered some minor problems that was soon rectified. The lady at reception was helpful and got things sorted quickly. Daily cleaning service with fresh towels and toiletries. The two-house cleaners were very efficient, and the place was spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The apartment could do with an inventory of damaged, broken, or missing items as you are charged a damage deposit. The Condo is right next to the Central shopping mall and the beach. It also provides all the essential services on the ground floor. It provides 24-hour security. A safe and comfortable stay at View Talay 6. Thank you to all at Cando.

The room lighting is operated by one switch at the entrance to the apartment. Could do with a bedside lamp. Could also do with some cooking utensils as most of it was missing.

very big condo building with many units. ample place to park a rental car for free. Our two rooms (different furnishing and probably different owners) managed by CANDO were both clean and everything in order. there is cleaning service similar to a hotel: towels get changed , new complimentary water in the fridge etc. A big but rather shallow swimming pool , not too crowded, perfect for the kids. We went to the CANDO office for some inquiries and future booking. Very friendly, helpful and competent staff.

no complaints. I looked for reasonably priced accommodation for a family of four at a central location and this fully matched expectations.
