I had a mostly pleasant stay at aqua hotel. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had great amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Everything from check-in to the overall atmosphere was excellent. However, there was one major issue—the bed had a bed-bug. This was disappointing and affected my comfort during the stay. While everything else was great, cleanliness in this area needs more attention to ensure a completely positive experience for guests.

This is in an excellent location close amenities and the action of Pattaya (that isnt Walking Street). Pool was great and staff responsive to issues. In my case this was an air conditioning unit that stopped making cold air. Within that morning an engineer repaired the problem

1. If you went to the hotel for breakfast I found this pretty average, with no options for any types of eggs. 2. The hotel consists of two separate buildings and if you are in the one that doesn't have the pool and main reception it is a bit of a pain to change to another building to get to these amenities.

great location, no need to go to walking street as a new Pattaya life is just outside the hotel. Decent breakfast with Asian and western choice. Nice staff. Clean hotel, lots of amenities, a super positive experience that was overpassing my expectation - nice pool, recommened!

as the nightlife is outside the window (which is good if you dont want to walk) it comes with the shortfall of having to listen to noise of the street. But thats what you expect from Pattaya anyway.. Also price bit on the higher end..

The location is very good, but you have to ask for the quiet side of the hotel, otherwise it's too noisy and you'll not be able to sleep. The breakfast was good, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are well taken care of and clean. The swimming pool is nice as well.

The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable, but they are very small... too small in my opinion, and smaller than most rooms I've checked with similar and lower price. The gym is also a bit small. But over all, I enjoyed my stay and I'll consider this hotel again on my next trip 👍🏻

Great location as you are between Second Road and Soi Buakhao, near to Soi Honey and LK Metro. I was able to get a room away from the Treetown side which was very important, you would not be able to sleep well otherwise. The rooms are very comfortable and there is a small balcony too. Strong AC in the room will keep you cold.

The rooms were a little small and the rooftop area is very strange looking with all the small areas up and down stairs. The breakfast is not that good with little for westerners. There's a good bread and coffee station and three types of cereal. But the rest is a large salad bar that you might have for lunch and a hot chinese buffet that you would like as a dinner.

The rooms on booking.com actually show photos that are 100% deception check the square mtrs your getting and take no notice of the pictures shown.

The location is great. The staff exceptional, I had a problem and they adjusted to help me. The gym is well maintained and plenty of space up top at the pool. The pool hours are good too. Place is well maintained and would stay again.

I noticed after a shower the water would leak a little to behind the toilet (on the opposite side). But the pros heavily* outweigh the cons. I didn’t have a view, so if that’s what you need just request it when you book

I love this hotel. I always stay here when I'm in Pattaya unless it is fully booked. Comfortable room, good air conditioning, room was cleaned and serviced daily by great housekeeping staff. Front desk and front floor staff are wonderful. Excellent buffet breakfast. Great location in night entertainment area but my room was quiet.

Water for shower could have been hotter but it was ok.

Lovely staff, the location is perfect for those looking to be central, yet not in the hustle and bustle of the pattaya night-life. You have central department store, mike's plaza and the markets all within a 5 minutes walk.

I can't say a bad word, other than my 12 days went far too quickly for my liking

The customer service is excellent. It has the best location and beautiful price. The size of the room is spacious.

The hotel building is close to another building, can't open the curtains due to privacy. The bolt's drivers always confused where the hotel is. So suggested to highlight the sign of this hotel.
