Roof top pool. hotel position

Noise from disco until 4.00 am

Nice room , the most comfortable bed I have slept on in Pattaya. Location is second to none for the nightlife of Soi buakhao and surrounding areas. ATM , laundry and 7/11 all pretty much on your doorstep. Great shower and really good a/c. Of course the staff were always helpful and pleasant which makes the stay so much better.

Not much to say here but going to be really picky ,the bum gun in the toilet could be a bit more powerful. No microwave in the room which is no problem for most people but I just like the convenience of having one. Remember I am being picky.

A great hotel in a central and lively part of town. The rooftop pool is wonderful, and the beach and beach road are in easy walking distance. While there is no restaurant on-site, many good options for breakfast and eating can be found nearby. Also many bars, massage places, shops etc. The room was nice and well-equipped, and everything is modern and in good shape. The staff was competent and helpful.

Because it's in a such a lively area, it can be a bit loud at night until the surrounding bars shut down (not before 2 am). The lightning in the room could be improved – it was a bit dark even if all the lights were on.

The location was close to the beach, the staff were so diligent and warm and friendly and the room was always spotless when I came back to it. The shower was of an excellent pressure, don't find that in too many hotels. I suppose if you are going to Pattaya, it's generally for the thing starting at you the minute you step off the hotel property, which is actually not why I went there. Anyway, I had a good stay at the hotel, and I think you can't go wrong staying here.

The hotel is in a great location and I have stayed here a few times.

The pool was green on arrival, this happens. The steps into the pool there are only two rungs, getting in and out of the pool unless you are a sprightly youth is quite tricky. The gym had good equipment but one apparatus was broken and looks like it has been broken for some time. The steps and the gym equipment are easy to have fixed so I am not sure why they would not. Tree town noise until 4AM just FYI

- Location - its a street with convenience shops, cafes, laundry shops, bars, massage spas & restaurants - Staff is excellent, and ready to help at all times of the day - Welcome package with drinks and snacks

- Bit noisy at night (some soundproofing on windows or thicker curtains may help) - Bathroom lighting is atrocious - 2 very small spotlights - Only 1 elevator

Location was great pool and gym were great room was nice and staff (Cartoon) was really friendly understanding and so helpful!

The noise from Tree down goes until the early hours so at first it takes a bit to get used to

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel and nothing has changed the staff of brilliant can do too much for you and I shall be back very soon. Kind regards John Roberts.

Hotel is very clean spotless rooms clean daily the cleaners are lovely. It’s just 10 out of 10.

Smaller room with no balcony but plenty big enough for me. Very clean. Cleaned every day and the softest towels in Pattaya replaced daily too.

Room overlooked Treetown so there was some noise at night, but not unacceptable. No balcony - the upside being it cut my smoking down

Pool was great. Small room, but perfect. Good bed and great shower with hot water. Very clean. Locations is perfect if you want to party!

There was nothing I didn't like. But if you are not coming to party, then it can be noise for you.
