The room is nice, perfect location if you want to stay aeound LK Metro, 7 11 is near by 2-3 min walk. The hotel located one street off from LK metro and this street is a bit more quite but still have good day bars to have a beer in and play some pool.

Some of the rooms face 11 street and some LK metro, the one facing LK metro is really noisy as expected, so be ware that if you want a quite night sleep then some of the rooms wont fit you, try asking the hotel befor what side of the building your room will be, unless you dont mind the loud music from LK metro.

Same friendly, helpful staff. Pool with view located across the street--nice. Breakfast included next door--ok. Now have a refrig with cold beers available in lobby--nice touch. A new 7/11 located down the street--great. In house Wifi service--ok. Kind of a busy place but wasn't noisy--enjoyed good sleep. Great location along Soi Honey between Buakhao and 2nd--walk everywhere. Updated rooms with balconies--great. Ordered taxi service to Aiport from front desk--great.

The location is absolutely amazing, though be warned if you’re a light sleeper, the room I was in backed on to LK Metro and you will be hearing music until 4am :’) but the price was amazing, staff were friendly, house keeping mopped the floor, replaced towels and made the bed everyday. What more could you ask for?

Cleanliness could definitely be improved; bits of mold in the bathroom, around the window, and balcony, but for the price you really can’t complain.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was extremely comfy, with fresh bottled water and towels each day. The pool was really nice roof top with a lounge area however, we did have to cross the road to the other section of the hotel for this which was a bit of a pain. It is in the Centre of Pattaya, so as you can imagine a very lively location which also means you can hear the hustle and bustle until early hours of the morning. Overall the hotel was very good value for money and would recommend it.

Awesome location for both the Soi Buakhao/LK Metro/Treetown bar area and also easy access to Second Rd for baht buses. The bed was super comfy. Room was clean but showing a little bit of age. Two free waters a day are always a nice touch. All the staff I dealt with and talked to were great. Pro tip: for the closest 7/11, when you exit the hotel turn left towards Second Rd. There is a big one on the corner. It's closer than going to Buakhao.

Obviously you aren't in Pattaya to watch TV but when I turned mine on and tried different channels they were all snowy. I couldn't see any clear smooth video feeds. The water in the shower although hot had terrible water pressure.

- friendly and supportive staff - reasonable pricing and very good and central location - very friendly and diligent cleaning staff - close to the beach, shops, suit makers, markets - everything is very soundproof

- a little low water pressure in the shower - a little hard mattress - the sockets are a little loose so that phone chargers need to be fixed by a lamp or another tool - the entire house is a little old style

Good location and friendly staff.The reception staff we're more than helpful when I needed some assistance with my request, which I am thankful for. Room was cleaned every day, water tea and coffee topped up.The location is perfect,and in my opinion, value for your money, and, all you need is close by. I will be staying again here soon.

The sink water pressure is a bit low, but besides that nothing.

It is what it is a budget hotel for the budget tourist. That said rooms are a decent size aircon works digital safe cleaning everyday clean towels on request. Use of swimming pool in nearby hotel although I did not see that offer this time. I have used this hotel many times usually to finish off my trips to Thailand for three or four days, for that it is perfect. I wouldn't stay any longer. Simply because the immediate streets are OK for nightlife party but totally unattractive and quite dirty.

There is nothing about the hotel I do not like. But see observations about local streets.

The hotel was the same as before, adequate, but however the restaurant sucked. Not sure what you did but not the same as before. Totally inadequate. Also had to pay for parking this time, an unforeseen expense. May stay here again but only if I fly and not drive.
