- Friendly receptionists, they know their work. Twice there was no water in the hotel (not their fault, as it was some work going around from the municipality that unexpectedly affected the hotel), so upon the guests' notice, the receptionists worked on the matter quite diligently and got water tanks for us!. - The hotel is located on a happening-street, yet it is the corner-most building so it was very safe and seemed sound-proof. - Water, coffee, and toiletries were provided for free every day.

- The rooms are cleaned every day, but they do not clean under the bed. There was a lot of dust and garbage under the bed.

The property was incredibly clean, plush and convenient. The security was the best, no chance of strangers wondering into the hotel. People visiting guests must leave ID at reception, so I felt totally safe and assured that my possessions were secure. The location is central and great if you don’t mind being close to busy bars. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely staying here again when I’m next in Pattaya.

The room was on the bottom floor right next too reception so you heard everyone coming and going through the night till early morning. Will still use this place tho as long as they don't give me that room

Great central location on baht bus routes and walkable to most destinations in the city Quiet all day and lively from 8pm -4pm, but didn’t affect sleep. Lovely modern and clean rooms Helpful and polite Reception staff Excellent cleaning from competent staff.

Nice clean hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Easy to get around as very close to baht bus route. Surrounded by nice restaurants and everything you need. Stayed here before and will stay again.
