Couldn't be more centrally located than Lk metro. The various delights of pattaya are literally on your doorstep. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Traditional Irish music is played live on Wednesday evenings if you like that kind of thing.

It's not a hotel for anyone looking for peace and quiet. So if you're not a party animal who retires before midnight you may have difficulty sleeping with the competing music of the surrounding bars. It wasn't a problem for me as I rarely made it back before 2am. It is what it is.

Good location. Big room. Big bed. Big safety box. Big balcony. Bar downstairs with lots of big tv's with sport's on them. Friendly staff. A "do not disturb" card and the door had a lock from the inside. Staff would leave fresh towels and bottles of water next to my door when i used the "do not disturb" card. Lots of bars, music and food right outside the front door.

Half the bathroom floor gets wet when taking shower, but gets dry in only few hours. Stairs takes some getting used to, not all steps seem equal spaced from each other. When returning after frontdoor is closed (02:00), you have to use the side door. This door is at the end of a (at night, after all the bars are closed) dark, short alley and sometimes i felt a bit uncomfortable walking there. There is a light and a security camera at the door entrance though.

The location is why we stayed here. Right in the middle of all the fun. Close to Baukhao and Tree Town. The rooms are big, and although dated, are clean and comfortable. Plenty of space to throw your guest about. Decent sports bar.

The only negative is due to location you won’t get any sleep until the Go Go Bars turn their music off at 2/3am. This was only a problem when I planned to sleep before my flight home. Instead I was forced to go out and get drunk!

Great location. Large room. Good lightblocking curtains for daytime sleeping. Microwave and kettle. Good airconditioning. Big size bed. Great location. Tv with lots of international channels. Fresh towels and water bottles provided in a basket outside of your door, when you have the "Do not disturb" sign on your doorknob. Lock and chain lock on door. Adjustable lighting. Great location.

No separate shower from rest of bathroom. So after a shower, you will get wet feet every time you have to use the toilet afterwards. Not much privacy with curtains open or on balcony, your view is right at other peoples hotel rooms/balcony's. As far as i could tell, there is no power socket near the bed, so i could not use and charge my phone while in bed.

My room was a very good size .. king size bed. Good facilities Inc 2 bottles of water every day and coffee tea .. excellent TV good music channels.. daily cleaning. Good hot shower.. balcony.. downstairs bar every sport available 12 TVs ..very happy

Noisy until 4 am but I expected that

The location is great for everything you could possibly want in Pattaya. Nice air-conditioned bar, sports on multiple tvs, great music. The staff are all friendly and good fun to be around.

I personally like everything but it is in a busy area so you can expect plenty of music well into the night. But who goes to Pattaya for an early night anyway. Go out and enjoy it.

Beer avaliable on site till late. Staff were friendly. . Excellent party central location. Not suitable for early nights. But few people I imagine are doing that in pattaya. Room came with a surprisingly large balcony. So you can take a scenic walk and smoke if you wish . Inexplicably cheap and the room was quite large.

Turning on the hot water for the shower did sometimes Trip to the electrucity circuit box in my room. Hence the downgrade from excellent.

Very friendly staff, located in the centre of action, nice bar under apartment, very big room with big balcony viewing on The LK Metro street. Everything was very good.

For me, it was OK, but it could be a bit too loud to sleep for someone who wants to go to sleep earlier than 4am 😀 But it is nothing unexpected in location like this :)

The staff is very friendly and accommodating.The owner always has your best interest at heart and is a pleasure to deal with.

The room could become a little noisy depending on how early you want to get to bed...lol... Living on the 3rd floor could be a bit of a challenge because of the stairs when having a few too many....lol

There is no other way to put it... it. is. loud. I don't mean a little loud. It is extremely loud. I knew it would be before my stay, but I didn't realize HOW loud. Even on the top floor in the middle room it was still overwhelming until 3AM. If you are okay with that, there are zero problems... just be aware of it. My knock on the wifi is that it was a bit weak. I like to take my iPad out on the balcony to watch some news videos in the morning. It really couldn't handle that without constant buffering. Inside the room was fine.
