The owner is nice man and speakers good English So it was easy to communicate

I will miss the view in the morning and at night. Waking up and seeing the horizon first thing straight out of bed was very enjoyable. The building itself is good looking, with plenty of room to just rest and relax. Apartment is pretty comfortable and has basically everything you need. Only thing we were lacking is iron, but luckily in this weather we only wore tank tops and shorts, so no ironing is really needed.

The elevator system...trust me, youll understand. Also, if you cannot sleep around noise - this place is not for you. There are some karaoke bars right infront of the windows, and people singing there until like 4 in the morning. For me it was fine, but my wife had to get some ear plugs.

I have stay this condo several times but there was nothing like this apartment located at 20 floor room 384, partially sea view it's absolutely fantastic view from the balcony and bed room. Shower water pressure was great and bed and pillows you can have very good sleep, kitchen fully equipped with everything tho I not used, and host was extremely very helpful and always there if needed,I promised him I will be returning to same apartment, , simply I can't find anything to complain everything was well maintained and well taken care.If any one lucky enough to book this apartment you will enjoy to the fullest. I highly recommend this. I thank the owner of this property for providing such a good service your your clients.

Absolutely NO NOTHING TO COMPLAIN LOVE THIS APARTMENT.

The owner takes care of the room. Nice and clean. Big plus: 4 towels. Everything you need for a short stay. Staff is very helpful for the check in. I can recommend the room. I would book it again.

Sometimes you have to wait a long time for the elevator because the condo was very busy. But it was high season, so it's okay.

Good communication with the landlord. Good location. Balcony view is in front of another building, but that makes a bit more quiet during night time comparing other sea and city view balcony apartments.

Great location, roof top pool, gym, check-in was perfect, and the staff are very helpful. Lots of bars, shops, and restaurants are steps away.

I do not have any complaints.

Nice place. The host was good and helping. Clean room. The terrace pool was the selling point. You can see the whole pattaya City fron there.

The cleaning lady or housekeeper had an attitude and was late to give keys.
