The rooms were very big and u didn't need to give your key up all the time because it was like a motel .lots of channels English as well as thai on both TV's in bedroom and living room air con was very good and got free coffee and water everyday .

They didn't clean my room once in a month of staying there I did it and didn't give me clean towels of duvet one of the reasons I left early for my flight home to bangkok.allso swimming pool was not in use first week of my stay it was ok because I went to Bangkok a few times .would I stay here again yes but not coming back to Pattaya for a few years now staying in Bangkok .

Wonderful Stay ! I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Train Resort Hotel and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself was immaculate and beautifully maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. The spread was extensive, offering a delicious variety of both Western and local dishes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I would highly recommend The Train Resort Hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya. It's a fantastic place to relax and enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.

Huge property, great pool, great gym equipment. Loved the breakfast. Mixture of simple Thai and western food. Simple but enough. Felt safe here. You will need a mode of transport as it’s away from the party zone and beaches. But we were here to visit Thai language school so it served us well. Lotus and big c are all a walk away, I walked everyday 40 minutes to big c and back. Was fine. Behind lotus is a big night market full of treats and some cool clothes etc.

The room was very good, a great living space, bed was comfortable, television has lots of channels, air con was brilliant, has a kettle, large fridge, and a sink. Free shower gel, shampoo, 2 bottles of water every morning, 2 coffees every morning and a toilet roll. Plus the swimming pool did the job.

The gym and sauna needs some maintenance on it as well as the water fountain next to it.

Amazing. The studio apartment was nice and clean and spacious. There were plenty of geckos living in the ceiling to help deal with the ants. The shower had hot water which is simply decadent in Thailand. The bed was comfortable. I especially enjoyed night time swims in the pool which I had all to myself. You can explore upstairs above the pools. A lot of potential there.

As with all hotels there seem to be locals who stay there just to annoy tourists (I think they are called racialists). There were no pretty girls at poolside like in the movies. Also, there was an incident involving a baby gecko that drowned which caused me to be sad. These events were in no way the fault of the management.

I really liked that it’s the duplex room. It’s my favorite type of the layout. Staff of the restaurant was so nice and friendly

But I didn’t like that room was so old and dirty. There were big spots on the couch, pillows. The stairs were so unstable and creaked a lot. The room badly needs at least cosmetic repairs

Tranquility, good bed and room size. The breakfast was great by the swimming pool. Easy to get a moto for rent or go around with the grab or bolt.

First room i got had a rock hard bed and wasn't fresh , but got a very nice room the next day, that was perfect.

Nice big room with kitchen and living room plus there a pool sauna steam room gym plus it’s nice and quiet

We had floods in our room but that’s nobody’s fault but always happened early hours in the morning but it’s common in my country Scotland it rains everyday

Privacy is limited because possible to hear neighbors. Bedroom lights either too bright or too dark... No in between.

Lovely staff. Always friendly. Cheap. Very cheerful. Everything that is thailand really. Would stay again. Even considered asking the manager if he wanted a live in handyman.
