Couldn’t believe we were staying in a hotel this grand, the minute you walk in the door, you can tell it’s class. The room was exceptional, a lovely balcony overlooking the lovely pool, and the added bonus of a bath.

The noise at night, no sleep for 2 nights. The hotel is huge, the corridors are huge, and there’s no sound insulation, so every noise echos from far end of corridor and up stair wells. We were probably unfortunate in having inconsiderate people staying who think it’s fine to let kids play in corridor at all hours, make phone calls at 4am and generally make a racket, doors banging, I could go on, but im too tired 😂. Breakfast not that good.

Great roms, vibes and stay overall. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very peaceful ambience. Very clean hotel rooms. Nice bed. TV has a variety of chanels. Hotel room balcony yard nice place to relax and dry washed clothes. Nice swimming pool. Quiet atmosphere away from any loud clubs or entertainment venues. Nice staffs. Always smiling and greeting. Nearby amenities, 7-11 , yunomori onsen.

The only issue was breakfast items were really basic. Enough to satisfy hunger but don't expect a 4 star hotel breakfast. Probably due to very low customer stream.

Lovely Hotel, modern clean and great staff. Breakfast was good too. Something for everyone. Great beds, considering many hotels have had mattresses, these beds had a bit of spring

Lacked atmosphere but for us it was a base. Internet on the 6th floor was poor unless you sat ontop of the hub

The hotel is stunning, we couldn’t believe the quality for the price. It was spotless and clean, modern and comfortable. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. The hotel was quiet, big communal areas to use. Good location.

Needs more sun loungers

Clean, safe, has a variety of amenities. The equipment in the room includes a hair dryer. The bathroom is clean.

There are few employees to provide services. There are no porters and hitchhikers. The hotel entrance is quite dark.

Everything about this hotel was superb except location with respect to main attractions like beach road and walking street. Very less no. Of cabs available. Rest all so very good.

Swimming pool eve time should be till late eve.

Staff were friendly, spacious, comfortable, modern and clean rooms. Overall very pleasant experience with exceptional services, would recommend. We will likely be back next time we are in pattaya.

Its clean and quiet.

Location is bad. It's far from everything. Tv doesn't have Netflix or even the internet. If you want to watch the tv you better learn chinesе. Gym its very small, basically has almost nothing.

Need to log in to Wi-Fi multiple times every day to stay connected Breakfast options limited but staff very helpful
