The pool was spotless & a lovely temperature. When we arrived the pool area was a little busy & they only had 1 sun lounger, we therefore asked the reception if they had any more - at first the owner advised no but went & purchased 2 extra sun loungers which was really kind. The room was comfortable & clean.

Location isn’t great. There are a 1/2 nice restaurants nearby but not a lot of options. A walk into Pattaya town is approximately 40 - 45 minutes.

The location was the best part for me and the hotel was 50 meter in from the street so no noise from motorbike at night perfect, The swimmingpool was ok but not big enough if you want lapswim

The internet in my specific room work so slowly so it was useless i did speak to a fellow neigbhour and his internet working so my be it depends on wish room you get

Very clean .for me perfect because fast wifi ( no buffering ) on my IPTV box . comfortable bed .big room + balcony I was on the ground floor and very nice owner

Nothing really 🤔 I've been visiting pattaya for 25 years and can honestly say for the money I paid can't beat it for value 👌 would recommend to anyone .👌

It was one of the cheapest places in Pattaya to stay at in November .I stayed for a month and only cost me about 20000 Thai baht for the month so will be stopping here again in future.has a nice swimming pool quite big and rooms have a large balcony.its about 20 mins walk to walking street and soi boiowyi.

U had to ask to clean the room and ask for fresh bedding and towels.

Very good communication with owner. The best thing was the swimming pool right next to my room. Peaceful pool just for me. Really enjoyed it in the morning. Only stayed one 1st night of my journey in here but I can tell it was worth it. Peaceful, good bed, great staff. I wonder why they don't have more stars. Goos connections to the center and beach as there is the motorbike taxi next to hotel as well the 7/11. Right next at the hotel door. Very fluent start.

clean good value for money, staff friendly and helpful the owner very knowledgeable speaks perfect English safe in your room the owner said him self it’s your room see it as your own apartment guest aloud no problem, pharmacy and 7/11 and motor cycles taxi and laundry service within 2 min walk away

there is nothing to not really like it is basic but it is cheap and the rooms are clean as is the rest of the building and pool it is a little bit away from all the action but once you find your way around if you have a motorcycle you are actually only 5-10 minutes away from where ever you want to go

Nice place for the price, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool is not bad. Rooms are clean. Quiet and comfortable. 7/11 across the road and a laundry at the corner. The key “feature” is the rabbit living in the hotel! He is very sociable and cute.

Very nice people who work here. Owner/manger was a very polite man and the staff polite Pool is clean Room is huge and so is balcony. Stayed in 5 star apartments with a balcony yet your underneath the aircon so pretty much under a heater This balcony is so big the problem doesn't exist

Nice little hotel dated and old had decent pool and the staff were nice you get what you pay for bit out of the way but easy enough to find the places to go motor bike taxis near by and cheap

Very welcoming owner, helpful, with advice. The room was clean, the air con and wifi worked well, and it was nice to have a pool! The evening market, a couple of minutes away, was excellent too.

Nothing, I'd recommend it as an affordable place to stay, outside of the main city!
