My recent stay at PRS Hotel in Pattaya was nothing short of exceptional. Staff were very polite,respectful, helpful and friendly, room was very large, as was the bed . I slept very well eventually, the bed was nice and firm ! Aircon was nice and having a fridge in the room was a plus. Has a lift and a bar downstairs and gym with pool and sauna next door . 7/11 right outside the door, close enough to the madness but just far enough away from the worst of the noise. Large car park out back

Little bit noisy until late outside as you would expect but not too bad . We got moaned at for closing the door loudly by a neighbour but it wasn't really our fault, the door was catching as it closed so we had to push it, which in turn makes a noise .

I loved everything. Very friendly staff, comfy bed, the room has a filled fridge and a whole bunch of food to eat at your leisure, multiple moody lighting options, a small couch with table, big TV, very fast internet, good shower, good location, free gym which is actually decently big with many machines, free pool with seating, etc. Honestly the best hotel I stayed at in one month of thailand and their price is so reasonable too

This hotel was nearly perfect. If there was anything to dislike it is so small that it's not worth mentioning here

PRS have done a nice job in renovating their rooms since my last visit in 2020. Very clean and tidy, friendly staff willing to help wherever they can.

Some maintenance did see the elevator out of commission as I needed to leave with all our bags from the 4th floor. Made the trip downstairs by foot, leaving the bags upstairs. Reported elevator problem and staff were sent immediately to assist with bags carried down stairs. Very good service.

They have a good sauna near the pool and a huge gym.

Zoom calls are hard for WiFi, but possible. Towels were not so clean and the door to the bathroom was dirty too. No toothbrushes and shower gel in the shower. A bit far from beaches. They say breakfast starts at 8:00 but you probably won't get your food earlier than 8:30.

Good value to stay. I like the gym and swimming poor. Stuffs were friendly and nice.The room are clean.Seven eleven across the road and a night market just walking around 3 min.

A little bit far away from the main Street and beach and the facility in the room was quite simple.

Staff were friendly and very accommodating and want to make sure their guests are satisfied, rooms were nice and comfortable beds great value

My first room had mosquitos, recommend spraying the resort for mosquitos but the second room was perfect with no issues and I would happily stay again in the future.

I loved the room. So comfy beds, cool lighting under the bed with led's, big tv with English movie channels too. The gym was incredible and the pool, sauna and steam room. Personally I liked the location though it's out from the action. The road is busy be careful crossing. 7-11 next door, food everywhere.

The steam room smelled so bad like sweat. But not the resorts fault but I was sad because I love steam rooms.
