Nice pool, with bar next to it (unfortunately only open for 2 hours). The hotel was good but it appears a bit past its peak days.

Room had to be re-cleaned

The hotel was really clean, staff were polite and helpful. good english skills. the swimming pool, roof bar and gym were outstanding. pool water was one of the cleanest that I have seen up to now. 4 lift available and good security. there is a safety box that can fit laptop and etc. They were really accommodative with every request.

The location for me was fine but if you want to go to walking street it is not close. 15-20 minutes walk and 200 baht toktok for 2 person. room service carried out between 2 pm to 6 pm which is a bit late for me. I had to call once at 5 pm to ask them to come and clean. However it only happened once.

Nice and quiet clean spot, everything is a short ride away, and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. We stayed in building B and thou it felt a bit older and less cared for, as the pool restraunt and concierg is in bulding A, it was a nice spot to get away from the noise and feel a bit seperated from everthing

Could have a bigger ice box that got colder in room 202, ac was also pretty weak but after the first night it started running much colder

The location. A bit outside the main city but still near enough to walk. The food from the menu was good, I liked the thai food. The bed was soft and pillows where alive as I use to say.. they had puff in them. Staff was nice and friendly and thankfull for the feedback General Manager from Glow Hotel gave me on my youtube review of the hotel, also other staff that took the time to talk. Roof top pool, gym and bar was nice and quiet, not to many people. I upload to Youtube big files and the WIFI was good.

It is a little thing but maybe have the correct information on deposit amount, Booking said 500 and hotel said 1000 they had no problem doing 500 from me and I had no problem doing 1000. It is a small thing and little amount, but maybe for some customers they like every info to be 100%. And the drinking glas was dirty in the room, that was also a little thing but takes so little to fix 😊 Other then that no problems

Amazing staff throughout all departments of hotel. Everybody there was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Especially when travelling with smaller children, this is a very helpful and appreciated fact, when the staff loves to take care all your challenges and is just super attentive. Big thumbs up for all the staff at this hotel. They really give you the feeling, that they love to serve the customers from their heart and not only, because they do a job... Another great point: great facilities: nice gym, cool pool and lots of parking space.

Only little points to mention in this section: the "balcony" was a little disappointing. Just enough space for one chair, if you can arrange sitting directly under the aircon compressor machine...would have loved a little bigger balcony to sit for 2 people. But this is structural and cant be changed, same as the location, which could be a very little bit more convenient. On the other hand this location guaranteed calmness at night, not too much "city noise"

the staff was good. the rooms were clean. there are alot of indian reserving their rooms here so they really have a good variety of Indian breakfast options. 2-3 veg options as well. there's an indian restaurant adjacent to hotel and it's staff is helpful. there's also a street food location walking distance from the hotel.

Very good location to me, close to everything. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I came with Test & Go program, so they were so nice and ordered some food for me, because I can’t leave room before I got test result. Room has comfy bed, bathroom is very huge. They change towels everyday, bedsheets if I asked (these was a card you could leave on bed if you want to change bedsheets).

Room type Deluxe Corner Premier located in front of building, that located right on the Third street, it’s very loud in the evening. This room is more expensive than Deluxe premier so I was sure it has better location in building, but I was wrong. Air-condition has not remote control, you need to get up and go to the door to turn on/off. There is balcony but no chairs/table in it. Gym is small and has not so much equipment. But after all it’s best hotel I stayed in Thailand for now.

Small hotel about 10 mins from the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was very busy for taxis and grab due to Songkran (Thai New Year) and Rolling Loud Music Festival but the staff were great in helping us find a way around town. We were here for the Rolling Loud Music Festival so we were out most of the afternoon. Housekeeping seemed to come to service the room a bit later in the day which worked out for us but if you plan on staying in the room most of the time, I’d recommend to keep this in mind or communicate with the reception what your preference is as I’ve noticed other guests mentioned this in their reviews also. Situated on a main road, 7/11 just down the road (approx 5 mins walk) and a local street food market next door which were tasty and affordable. The vendors were also very friendly, helpful and in great spirits as we speak limited Thai and them, limited English. If you prefer to stay in, they also offer room service or dine in at their in house restaurant on the 2nd floor. Overall if I had to return to Pattaya, I’d definitely stay here again. Really good value for money.

Nothing negative to say as such - just some things I want to point out: I would recommend is for the hotel to have a room service menu available in the room and at reception for guests as it’ll be convenient to not have to leave the room at all. This was not a deal breaker for me though - I just went up to the restaurant to take some pics of the menu for later reference. Only 1 key card provided (we were 3 guests) and upon enquiry, no additional key cards could be provided. Again, not a deal breaker as we made it work just fine but would be convenient to have at least 2 keys.

Location was nice, close to the beach. Hospitality and staff behaviour was good.

Could have given some dental kits and closed wardrobe would have been better rather than open type.

We had housekeeping in once..... for 4 nights. There was some dirt/makeup on a towel and a sheet and we were going to charged to clean them (would they not be cleaned anyway?). In the end the charge was waived, but I wasn't happy about it
