Best hotel in the city great service and amazing people who help you when you need it. I stayed for 28 days and it was the best choice in regards to hotel because of the STAFF. It is a good hotel, near to walking street. Recommend if you stay in Pattaya and want to be close to the night life.

Bare in your mind, this hotel doesn’t have hot water , or at least in my room. But I stay only one night and for me it was ok

Friendly staff, clean room. Furniture is not the newest, but everything worked well. Good pressure in the shower, hot water. Comfortable bed, quiet aircon and a Fan in the room. Daily 2 bottles of water, coffee, tea, kettle. Pool area is well maintained. For sure I will return, good value for the price you pay

I had a room with balcony in the back wing, quiet enough for me. The noise from the road and the noise from the soccer fiel behind are ok for me, but may be it's disturbing others

This is a nice place to stay. They have two parts to the hotel. One part is for long stay guests and the other part is for short stay. Rooms on the street side can be really noisy. Rooms on the rear side, pool view, are quieter. The walls, like any hotel in Thailand, are super thin so you hear everything. There is a large fridge in the room and two bottles of drinking water coffee and tea are supplied daily. Staff are extremely friendly. Location is a short walk to the walking street and the beachfront. Coffee, tea and toast is supplied in the lobby every morning. WIFI is not so good. It's adequate for whatsapp but downloading or uploading is a pain... really slow. I recommend this place.

The WIFI, in the rooms, was really bad. Downloading and uploading was difficult. Video calls were also bad. There is also wifi available in the reception, I am not sure if that is better.

it can be said that I opened this hotel with other Italians.. about 20 years ago.. this year I had a small mix-up.. but everything was resolved in the end.. the prices have increased a lot.. room with TV balcony view pool air air bathroom.. I nicknamed the hotel staff the reception staff😂😂 Tiger Woman (always has an aggressive look) Beautiful Woman (she is the most beautiful of all) finally Coin Woman (every drink that take it, you don't have time to take it and he starts saying money)😂😂

Great value and location. The hotel lobby also sells alcoholic beverages, which is a huge plus when its past midnight and you want a beer🍺

It could be a little cleaner. The fridge was outdated and a little grimy, but it worked and kept my food/drinks cold. The wifi worked flawlessly on my laptop but for some reason it wouldn’t work on my phone.

The location is about 10 minutes walking away from the touristy strip with all the clubs so it’s quite quiet there. There’s a food market right next door with a bunch of different vendors, which is where we ate dinner every single night. The pool area was also amazing and so relaxing! The staff in the lobby were very helpful and friendly! I would definitely stay here again if we come back to pattaya

The room is very clean and house maids are very good as well, they always keep my room clean. And all of receptionists at the lobby are very good, they always smile and say hello with warm welcome and definitely they give help when I need and this point makes my holiday is perfect. I will come back to stay here again.
