Great value no frills hotel in peaceful surroundings. Just off Soi Yen Sabai it is withing 10mins walking distance of Beach Road and the lively night scene of Walking Street, plenty of motorbike taxis to whisk you to any part of PTA at reasonable cost -usually 50baht for short distance and 100/200baht for long distance, but there are also the amazing baht-buses running along the main road which are just 10baht. The hotel rooms are basic, but very clean, and quiet at night. There is a 7-11 store within 5mins walk too, handy for beer and snacks! Good TV channels with Fox News and others. Mostly European and Canadian guests.

Bathroom needs updating! Toilet didn't flush properly! Better ambient lighting. A toaster would be nice!

The hotel has a good location, not far to the Walking Street and beach. Staff is very, very kind. The room was clean and very spacious, air-conditioning worked well as well as fan, there was hot water in the shower. Fresh drinking water was prepared everyday, the room can be cleaned everyday if you'd like to. Good value for money. I also would like to mention my story. After check-out I made very stupid mistake and while waiting for the taxi outside the hotel, I forgot to take my backpack with very important things like wallet and passport. The staff found it and called me immediately, so I could come back. Very trustful staff, everything was safe. I really appreciate honesty, I'm so grateful! Highly recommend! Thank you :)

Excellent geographical location. Not far from the city center. There is an ocean and a shop nearby. Beautiful view from the balcony. The room has everything you need. TV, refrigerator, air conditioning are in the room. The air conditioning works perfectly. Excellent cleaning of the rooms. When we left, we left wine and fruit on the table, when we came back, the glasses were washed, the table was cleared, and the fruit and wine were in the refrigerator. They gave us a clean towel and made the bed beautifully

The repair is a bit old, but everything works fine. There was sometimes interference while watching TV. At 3 a.m. we heard our neighbors making loud noise outside, and it kept us from sleeping.🫨

This Thai hotel is exceptionally clean and tidy, no bugs, trash or dirt. It is also very peaceful and quiet, set amidst green trees and a quiet area, yet only 15mins walk to the beach and nightlife of Walking Street. Plenty of motorbike taxis at end of soi to get you around South Pattaya from 50 to 100 baht. Rooms are simple and basic, but very clean and tidy, with fresh linen and towels each day. TV is okay with English channels and Fox News! WiFi is excellent with no drag. Good mix of guests, mostly European and Canadian. Also offers taxi service back to BKK airport for 1,500 baht in comfy car.

Stairs...too many stairs! I was on 4th floor and now at 47 find it hard going in the heat. The noisy "Oh Wow" bird in the tree outside my window that liked to begin calling out at 0530 each morning!

It's a quiet and cosy apartment. Located outside of the mainroad. The staff is very friendly. Welcomed us nicely even Helped us with the luggage. Asked us where we wanted the room. The price is very affordable and location is also near to the walking street and songthaw transport. They allowed us to do early checkin by 2 hours which is very fantastic. The bathroom and room is also clean and well maintained. They have daily room cleaning and toiletry and water bottle are Changed daily.

Very clean and tidy property in a peaceful location just off Soi Yensabi. Clean sheets each day and towels, free bottled water and great WiFi. Bathrooms need updating, very 70s feel to them.

The atmosphere is warm and good. Close to Nightlife and next to Arab Street, where I enjoyed eating. Staff is friendly. Room was nice and clean, has a small sofa, comfy bed. I like sitting on the veranda in front of the room in the evening it is nice. The balcony on the other side of the room is also clean and nice, unlike in many hotels. Value and price of the room very good.

Wi-Fi is not that great and fast. The water pressure of the shower is too small. Girl, I brought put blood on the bad sheet and a towel. I understand that I had to pay them since they were ruined, but 1000฿ seems a little expensive. But just minor complaints. I like to stay in that hotel a lot.

Great place. Value for money. I had a king corner room. Super spacious and big room. Sofa, TV. Big bed. Liked this place for value. Very sweet staff from cleaners to young receptionist to manager lady. Very accommodating. Bathroom good size. With bath shower and a shower that made the whole bathroom a wet room. Small side balcony sun trap too. Could have spent longer here. It's a bit older in style for rooms but excellent value for money for Pattaya short stay places via sites online. Location in an alley of a network that connection 5 mons walk to 2nd road and 10 mins from walking street by foot. 15mina to the beach. Plenty of true local life around this diverse city near hotel too. It even had an outdoor communal kitchen area to fry your own made dinner if you wished.

Very little Highly recommended. Tiny thing in my room water pressure on the bath shower was a bit weak. But main room shower was good.

The rooms had aircons and fans so the room was always kept nice and pleasant. No elevator but the stairs were not very steep so it was manageable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Location is down an alley and the alleys around that area did not feel safe and had escorts down them during the day and night. It didn't feel like a very touristy area and not much seemed to be owned by Thai people.
