Convenient transportation with frequent shuttle buses to Cape Bali Hai on weekends. If you are good at walking, you can walk there by yourself. The swimming pool is clean and open 24 hours. the front desk allowed my friend to take it to the room since they didn't wake up. Room 302 has a very cool air conditioner, almost like a freezer, but I still liked it. There are plenty of massage parlours and restaurants and the staff are friendly and able to answer any questions. OWNER Prachi Mam is a smiling lady with a positive attitude. If I go to Pattaya again, I will definitely stay here and not waste time looking for another place.

Got the nicest welcome while checking in early. Haven't seen the room yet but service so far very nice. there i met Mr Gourav , he explained about all tour activities very well and made my trip super easy and exciting in a very less money .when you go and want todo activity , please meet him. - Okay so now I'm in the room and it's spectacular for what I've paid for (700 baht) there's 2 towels, washing liquids, big smart TV, lobby music and the lighting is just super since they're the warmer tones. I got the nice swimming pool view rooms Also the bed is very comfortable! overall superb stay

Good property at accessible location. Walking street just 5 min distance from hotel. Nice and well maintained swimming pool. Rooms Ac was in good condition .... .staff are very cooperative and friendly , even in the night 3 am they are ready to help, which i generally dont find in thailand. Owner PRACHI is such a nice lady with zero atttude. and you get all knowledge about tour activities with her ,she will guide you in best way and book your everythig with very low cost. all good experience with THE ESSE HOTEL . LOcation is the best thing i suggest.

The gym and the pool both exist and are open & operational. It's an Indian hotel in an Indian neighbourhood, which I like, but up to you. Friendly staff, no problems, good English naturally. Busy loud neighbourhood, which might bother some people's sleep, but I was ok. Great Indian food downstairs and around the street.

The hotel is amazing, staff is really helpful. It’s in walking distance from the walking street and they have the amazing restaurant within the facility. Their food was amazing, authentic Indian food.

I highly recommend the Premiere Room, It is spacious enough to accommodate up to 3 people and has a great location. The new restaurant, is a cozy place with delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the black pasta. The staff were also very friendly and helpful."

The room was good, clean with a good shower. The pool is nice. Short walk up Pratamak hill for exercising.

Lots of traffic - but Pattaya seems to be a road construction site these days - and bit far to walk to WS and or South Pattaya road. For me the stroll to the hill had priority.
