Location is right next to the nightlife of pattaya .. all shopping and other stuffs r at walkable distance.. very close to the bali hai pier and pattaya city sign.eventhough hotel don't have restaurant but there are many restaurants just next to hotel .

It was all ok for me but just an advice for people who go early to bed.. due to location not an ideal place where u can go to bed early

Staff and room was excellent. Very clean and big. Location was very good. About a 2 minutes walk to walking street and 10 minutes to the beach. For places further, there's a taxi service desk inside the hotel. Very convenient.

Some parts of the room & hotel were not treated with the same quality as others. The room was very luxurious, but the bathroom was not.

Hotel was neat and all things working properly

Hotel renovation work is in process during day time so sleeping was disturbed by machine sound

It’s always clean and the staff is friendly. The room are big and the bed is comfortable and the pool is always cleaned.

value for money was exceptional and location just a short 5 minute walk to walking street

just that if you go to bed early it’s still very noisy, so if location to the strip is what you want don’t expect an early night

Bathroom could do with some maintenance

It has perfect location, waking street it 5 mins walk, you have McDonald's just opposite. Rooms are clean & comfortable beds.

The bed was moving with a small push.

Everything was as expected.

No Toothbrush, tooth paste given.
