Building is new, close to walking street, indian, turkish, pakistani foods are close to it. I booked my Ireland trip with Malbari Restaurant which very close to this hotel, only 2, 3 minutes distance by walking on signal next to turkish kebab shop and it was much cheaper from other offices.

Laundry service is paid and you have to dry the clothes in room which can cause smell without sun, they won’t allow to go roof top to let it dry. Also iron service is paid if you want. It’s not like other countries that they will provide both services in your package. If they can improve this, I believe it’s best building for tourists. Even though regardless about laundry and ironing, I’ll give them 10/10.

the staff was so nice i asked about if i can left behind my back at hotel after check out and i will pick up it later ( 3 hours ltr ) and them said yes i can soooo kind

They could have allowed for late checkout because I asked that once I booked, but I can understand Rooms were full .. so it depends.
