This place is well maintained and has friendly staff. It is right in the middle of walking street with tons of party places around. Do stay here if you want to have a fun time in Pattaya.

They have a beer place which has good staff but be careful of people who are not Galaxy’s employees, some come and pretend like staff and try to get some money. Talk to mama and keep only their staff around. Ignore others because the hotel can’t speak on behalf of you.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Located off walking street so is close to entertainment and transport. Clean rooms, firm beds, good air-con. Cleaning available most of the day for those late sleepers. Blackout blinds.

Noise may or may not be a problem from guests to nightlife depending on individuals.

Everyone friendly, nice facilities, extra water or soap if you need, it's a little noisy till 3am but it's in walking street, hello. Its not crazy loud, just a moderate Ambience, I'f you're young travelling you won't care. Will come back again!

Coming back to the UK

Right on Walking Street, on top of Heaven Club, close to everything, if you are a guy. Fridge, TV , air conditioning worked well. Tea and coffee in reception.

A little bit small but you don't spend much time there and you can hear the beat of the night clubs, which I did not mind.

location right next to Walking Street obviously useful and the staff were friendly and always available. nice little bar right outside where the ladies that run it are a good laugh. Hot tub in the King room. definitely worth paying the extra

I like the location of this hotel most, which is located on walking street that is vibrant and crazy street. And talking about hotel staff, they are so friendly and welcoming.

I couldn't find anything to hate this hotel.I could sleep also despite of having loud music from walking street.

Room was clean, hygiene and staff was supportive.. even the location was brilliant i really liked it and will stay there for sure if i visit thailang again.. i would recommend everyone to stay there

A little bit noise from outside because of night life on main road but manageable..

Best part is jacuzzi in the room. Get a drink and your night is set. Hotel is so close to walking street so it will be little bit noisy in the night but manageable. And it is so close to so many restaurants. Staffs are very friendly.

Perfect loction close to everything, rooms were clean, defeintly would book the jacuzzi room again, excellent staff. Overall will be staying here again everytime i come to pattaya.
