Good room and clean. Had washing machine and dryer.

Only stairs. No lift. Sign outside and inside re cafe - but none. It was but it’s just a sitting area now. Shower was a bit average re water flow.

The aircon didn’t work properly so I was given another room. the aircon in that room was better but I think they could do with an upgrade in the aircon units. Some difficulties with language and understanding with staff but generally pretty good.

W14 is a wonderful hotel - it's beautifully centrally located considering its proximity to Walking Street. The house itself is - and of course my room has been - very clean, and due to my longer stay, something like a “personal relationship” developed with the individual members of the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. I can recommend W14 to everyone without reservation - it was and is a wonderful experience to be a guest here. Thanks for the nice time!

There is nothing that comes to my mind concerning any kind of "I didn't like it" circumstances or situations.

Location. Staff were very good and friendly

Microwave didn’t work in the lobby. The beds were low and had sharp wooden edges which I cut me shins on a couple times which caused blood to get on the sheets, which I was then charged for. No end tables by the beds. Really awkward. No elevator. I had written a couple of emails when I made my reservation about requesting 1st floor because there was no elevator. I never heard back on the 1st email, later a got another email that said it was not possible for me to put on the 1st floor.

location was great, right next to everything but once you got into the hotel it felt like you had your own space away from the mayhem

not much! I would have liked to be able to buy a cocktail or beer next to the pool

The location could not be better. Walking street is steps away, yet from the hotel, you can't hear it. The staff is friendly and helpful, and greeted me with courtesy and gratitude every time I returned.

I could not get stable consistent wifi in the room. As an international traveler, I rely on wireless for solitary entertainment and planning as needed. I recognize that this is not the primary purpose in this location, but include it for future improvement.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. This was my best stay at Pattaya. Hotel place is very good. Just close the walking street. There wasn't any noise even nights. Room is quite big. Bath room is also big and well equipped. Room and hotel has built with good design. Bath and room is separated with huge window which also has curtain. Ac performance is awsome. Room has a big window, if u want see outside. Hotel has a pool at the roof. U can sea at the roof also. Fridge is also so big. Room cleaning and bed quality were awesome. Hotel staffs are so polite.

Great location, clean, finished to a high standard, and comfortable, overall good value for money

Hotel itself has not a lot of facilities, no restaurant or bar, no gym, small swimming pool on the roof

Great location for partying

Couldn’t use the balcony due to excessive water leaking. Very noisy only because it’s close to the action. There was a ridiculous 4000 baht deposit at check in when it used to be 1000 and other hotels are 1000 maximum
