The deluxe room I booked is housed on the 9th floor, and comes with a decent size balcony with exceptional views of the sea and the city. The room was clean, bed comfortable, TV decent size & smart, ample windows to let in sunlight, small fridge, locker, wardrobe & hangars. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and is decent sized. For those who plan to go to sleep early, please note that this hotel is located right on the walking street and the music/noise would definitely permeate inside your room; although the windows do insulate most of the noise from outside, but book accordingly. For 9th floor, odd room nos are located on the side of street where the entrance is, mine was 909.

There should be at least one electrical socket available on either side of bed and the shower curtain rod needs to be fixed into the wall so that it does not come off. The balcony chairs are plastic, flimsy and ought to be replaced by the hotel immediately with wooden beach style ones for laying down.

This is my preferred hotel whenever I visit the city. The location is beautiful and view from room is also great. Overall good experience.

They didn't serve breakfast. Soundproofing could be better lot of noise in the corner room that faces the main street.

The room was clean and not worn out. The staff was friendly.The view of the sea and the beach was nice. (8. floor)

Walking street music can be heard a bit disturbingly in the room, but otherwise a quiet environment

The location is start end of walking street.If you like music and are a dancer.Its paradise.The whole Pattaya is a club.

I stayed at the room with ocean view, that perfect for me with this price. The location is really close to Walking Street and it is easy for tourist to take a nap and go again to the street.

It is very close to Walking Street, so club music can be heard until 3 am. However, since the purpose of many guests is to play on Walking Street, it may not be a problem.

Perfect location for nightlife and beach plus shopping. Personal super nice ! Amazing services. I recommend for everyone wanted to experiment the true life of Pattaya.

Cleanliness, location. Just beside the Walking street. Sea View from the room/balcony was awesome. Mini bar in the room. Just grab the drink you want at any time. So many Indian restaurants nearby at a walking distance.

Staff needs to be still welcoming, helpful.

The view, location & different varieties of drinks were available in my fridge, just had to pay when used very affordable & convenient, due to the hot weather.

Room 906 had a few cracks along the walls, room looked old, but other than that, the view & air con is awesome
