The suite-style rooms of this hotel I have stayed at many times are comfortable.. Although I experienced a small problem during my last stay! the score I gave is still 10 out of 10.. I must be fair :) Every staff member, from housekeeping to the front desk, is helpful.. Thank you..

There may have been a system error in the reservation. This is very understandable and normal. However, if you, as the hotel, must enter my room and did not receive a response from me after sending a message, then you should try calling my phone to reach me and warn me. If you still cannot reach me, okay, your action becomes justified.. Since my satisfaction with Copa Hotel is very high, my expectations are naturally high as well.. 😉

The room was clean, although the renovation is old, but everything you need is there, even tea and coffee. The staff are very friendly and quickly resolved our issues. The water in the shower is hot, the air conditioning works well, and the fridge freezes. There are many bars nearby, especially Indian cuisine, a lot of discos, and the famous pedestrian street and beach. It’s the heart of the action 👌

Be sure to check the map and read the description. The hotel is near discos. It can be a bit noisy. But if you’re here to enjoy the club scene, it has its advantages – the windows are tinted, and the curtains are very thick, so you can sleep all day if you wish. For this price, it’s the perfect place for anyone who wants to experience Pattaya’s nightlife. Not suitable for family holidays, especially with children.

The hotel is right in boystown so is a good location if you aim to go to the nightlife there. 2 mins walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. A fridge is in the room. The staff were friendly. Good price.

The room was looking a bit tired, but can't complain at the price. It's above a nightclub so you do hear some music, but not too bad if on the 2nd floor.

Location is excellent, two blocks away from the beach, 10 minutes away from Walking Street. Two main roads for buses are right there on each side of the hotel.

Prices have gone up in the last two years. I don't understand why. Also, although it didn't bother me, you can hear the music from the bars downstairs until 2:00 am. Apart from that, everything else was perfect.

Location was good for those who enjoy holidaying in a gay neighbourhood. Hotel is clean, but shows signs of needing refurbishment. Staff are helpful.

Although windows are double glazed, late night noise can, at times be a problem. Simple improvements could be made like replacing the stained light shade near the bed. The overhead fan seemed in part to be held to the ceiling by gaffer tape.

We had a different room from what was selected but changed to the correct room the next day. The internet was good and kind people at the reception. The room was cleansed and water replenished when needed.

It was noisy at night with loud music but I don't mind that at all. However, some people would have not been happy.

Great location, great price, very discreet guest-friendly hotel just a couple blocks away from Walking Street and less than one block away from the beach.

Everything was good, perhaps, be mindful that some rooms are more exposed to the noise from the bars on the ground floor, but you have to sleep with the Air Condition unit on so the fan humming will muffle the noise.

Great location, great price, very quiet rooms, spacious as well. This is cheaper than most AirBnBs in the area but with more amenities and independence. Totally recommended for couples or solo tourists.

The rooms have very old TVs. Also, the staff could at least open the door for you. Instead, I was struggling to enter my two pieces of luggage into the lobby and the clerk just looked at me, arms crossed. When I checked-out, he didn't even offer to get me a taxi, or asked how my stay was. I don't know, you'd think they'd hire English-speaking personnel for the hospitality sector, but that is not the case. Also, very important, this is not a recommended place for families. The hotel is located in the street of homosexual strip joints, definitely to child-friendly.
