It's a wonderful hotel on the main street. The girls at the reception are very friendly, the solve all problems and help. Features include - clean big rooms, new furniture, comfortable mattresses and pillows. In addition to daily cleaning and towel change. You get 2 free bottles of water,tea coffee every day plus a microwave in every room. Amazing cleaning ladies, to whom we left a generous tip of 100 baht. The hotel restaurant had low prices and delicious food which we especially liked. All the waitress in the restaurant are pleasant and quite friendly. Despite the busy street our room was quiet. Our room was on the 5th floor - wifi was alright and there was always hot water in the shower.Walking Street is only a 4 minute walk away then you can take a tuk -tuk to the Pier which takes 2 minutes. There are many 7 eleven stores on this street which is quite convenient. We highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely Outstanding Stay – Truly Guest Friendly & Impeccably Clean

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was one of the best experiences ever, Location-wise, it is just perfect — everything is nearby and easily accessible, whether you’re here for sightseeing, shopping, or just to relax, The cleanliness of the property is beyond impressive. Rooms, washrooms, lobby, and even common areas were spotless and fresh at all times.

You will not find a typical lobby for checking into this hotel. Instead there are doors to enter through the Sports Bar and directly to a small sign-in area, as well as a private entrance leading straight to the elevator. It was a different experience which was a nice change from the usual. The food in the bar was good, reasonably priced, and the staff was cheerful and courteous. There are a bunch of televisions broadcasting multiple European (mostly British as I could tell) sports and music videos. It is always nice to have a good place to eat onsite. The location couldn't be better. It is just off Walking Street and on the baht bus routes and a very short walk to the beach. Despite this it is not noisy. I felt the prices were good. I will stay here again when I am back in Pattaya.

Location , spacious rooms, friendly & helpful staff, They also offer discounts for drinks during happy hours, if you are staying at the hotel, and believe me it’s the best price you will get around in the area . Didn’t eat at the restaurant , but I am very sure the food also will be equally good and they have a wide variety of cuisines.

There’s nothing to dislike about this property

This hotel is my favourite in Pattaya, I'm regular guest since 2019, and I can say that everything was perfect for what I needed. Brilliant and friendly staff as always. I had a great time in this place again. Many Thanks

Well managed hotel and great location. Very firm bed Plenty of amenities nearby. Ceiling fan was great. Everything worked well.

Wasn't so friendly. I didn't feel my custom was appreciated. Owners don't seem like they understand hospitality. When in the bar I was blanked by "manager" and owner.

I like the big room, big bed, kitchenette, Dining, Big TV, The Bathroom very big and spacious, Shower.

Balcony Littlibit small.

The room is really well equipped, spacious and has all the amenities. The bar downstairs serves tap beer, has all kinds of food and really welcoming servers. It also gives VIP discounts if you are staying.

They do provide water and coffee, but it's limited to 2 per room. They have a well stocked mini-bar and a bathroom (yes!), but everything is chargeable. Still, I wouldn't mind as it is as per your convenience.

A peacefull neighbourhood ...if ur travelling alone man .hands down u r sorted with this property. I love the private stairs if in case u bring a guest. Very private and very elite .

I loved everything .........I will be coming back to this property particularly the room on the 5 floor I had a huge room with big balcony. Man I was a king for 7 days. Pattaya is a heaven for solo men
