1)My room is at the 5th level, the same level as the swimming pool. The swimming pool area is nice to look down on the beaches and sunset. 2)This hotel is very near the famous Pattaya Walking Street (about 500 meters) 3) This hotel is only about 150 meters to the long and beautiful beaches and jetty where you could take a boat trip to other small islands for a fun-filled day trip.

1) The bathroom, when one use it, the water will leak to the floor from the fringe of the bathtub, and we have to use small towel to dry and clean it- needs to improve. 2) The standard room is a standard room, the only chair (it is like a mini sofa type of chair) provided for the room seems too bulky, a smaller plastic lighter chair will make the room appears to be more spacious. 3)The hotel, I was told, 40% of the room was under renovation, as such I could not book a more spacious room. 4) The ground floor pavement was under renovation too, which caused some inconvenience.

The rooms were really comfortable and clean. Well lit and very well maintained.

We had requested for an early check-in and the booking confirmation displayed the available free facility of an early check-in. But when we reached the hotel, the staff at the reception informed us that the free facility of the early check-in only grants us to check-in an hour before the regular check-in time. And anytime prior to that was going to be payable. But ultimately we had to wait for around 3 hours for the rooms to be available.

Excellent location not far from walking street. The hotel entrance is to the left of the Mike mall up the stairs. There was a doorman downstairs to help with my luggage and get the lift. Staff were friendly. The pool was good and the view from there was expansive.

Breakfast was OK but I thought it was a little expensive. TV came on every time I entered the room, which I hated

Big room, lots of space and storage. Slippers were provided, which was nice. Door had a lock and a chain lock on it, felt safe inside. Lots of different lighting options. Good solid curtains that would block the sunlight, when sleeping during the daytime. Big strong airconditioning. Windows had mosquito netting in front of it, so no bugs when leaving window open at night. Nice view from swimming pool area. Big and deep swimming pool. Nice size bathtub. No autoshutdown of electricity, so you can keep toothbrush, laptop and phone charging, if necessary, while going out. Fast and quiet elevator. I liked that you can request to not have room cleaned or bedsheets changed, by simply hanging a "Do not disturb" tag on door or leave a "Do not change sheets" tag on the bed.

The shower head could not be mounted higher than 1.60 meter, so i had to bend down to wash my hair. Takes a few minutes for the water to get hot, not much of a problem for me because the cold water was a comfortable "swimming pool" temperature. No hot water kettle. Looks a bit dated, like 80's/90's hotel room you see in movies.

we lost our room key and was told to charge 1000bht for a 2nd key which I feel was too unethical as no one losses keys purposely after negotiating and requesting a lot we had to pay 250bht for 2nd key No laundry room or Iron....

The room was nice. A shower and a bathtub were great. Location within 3 minutes of walking street and the beach. Staff was always helpful. Safe was big, so my laptop fit in it.

They need to do a better job of mopping the floor in the room. At minimum, change out the mop water every room. Take the elevator to the lobby from the street level. The steps to the 2nd floor are a pain if you have luggage

The staff are very friendly & welcoming, the room is very spacious, well designed, & most of all very clean

The hotel doesn’t have an iron with an iron board which is standard in most hotels, the air condition kept dripping water due to accumulation of ice.

First room I was given had a terrible smell from bathroom however staff dealt with it excellently and moved me to a different room
