Location on beach-Road/ beach, with room and balcony view to beach and ocean. Exellent location some few hundred meters from walking-street. My first stay at this hotel, but fore sure not my last stay here.

The hotel is awesome. The room is clean. Impeccable. Everything about it makes my stay comfortable. I left to go experience another hotel in another area Jom Tiem Beach. But nothing beats Montana at the Beach Road. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful. They even helped call cab for me as I left my credit card in my country. The staff also advised me where to avoid get splashed water during Songkran. 😂 I don't want to get myself wet. Thank you Montana. I will come back again. ...soon hopefully 🤞

Nothing all is great

Nice and very polite staff, they let me in an hour an half before checkin. You get 2 bottles of water per day. The room is good, comfortable, clean. TV with international channels, big fridge, balcony - you can see sunset, AC works well. There is a common small terrace with 3 sun beds and some seating - nice to use as the beach is unbelievably dirty. Sun shine only in afternoon though, morning in shade

The location is good if you want to party, otherwise terribly loud as it is right on the corner of main road (nonstop cars/motorcycles) and side road with bars and clubs. I was on the first floor facing the corner of both :( ear plugs help, but still… WiFi so so… the beach is crazy dirty with trash, but that is everywhere in Pattaya

Really very nice property. Staffs are very supportive and well mannered . All the staffs in reception and house keeping , really nice . Always treat you respectfully with smile and great attitude . Very helpful . I had enjoyed my two weeks holiday very peacefully and happily . Thankyou guys

Location, walkable distance to all the major activities in Pattaya. Property on the main road

No Elevator, too deep stairs. No staff to help expect for receptionist.

Great location with a fantastic view, staff extremely friendly. Front row balcony with a 180 degree view of Pattya beach, great in the evenings and mornings. I will be back. Top floor has the best views, can be a bit noisy but that's part of the atmosphere. Fantastic sunsets from my balcony.

No lift! I asked for the top floor because of the view, but I knew there was no lift before I arrived, so all good. Bed was a bit hard.

Very good location, especially I would suggest seaview room you can see everything you want from there and even that you don't want to see, but it still interesting. Shop and walking Street is just behind the corner. Good variety of restaurants. Despite balcony was a little bit small, it was a great add-on to hotel room.

Plastic furniture in balcony. Hard to fit two stools and table there, but that even didn't disturb us a lot.
