The location of this hotel is excellent if the traveller wants easy access to walking street and the beach. But, this is a party area and the surroundings may be unacceptable to people with certain view points. So, it may be an issue for most of the family groups. Not the fault of the hotel at all- but do research on the location and make an informed decision.

This is the second time I am staying with my friends at this hotel. After my first visit a couple of months ago I was amazingly surprised how good the hotel was and went back again. The experience was the same. The staff are amazing especially the reception. Ton, Aina and Peng are wonderful. They would do everything to help us with tours and make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. They are the true face of how wonderful Thai people are. The location is perfect. Within a few minutes walking distance from everything. It's located in Boys Town (gay area), but it didn't bother us at all. The rooms are very clean and big. Very comfy beds and nice toilets. They are very well isolated so you wont hear much of the noise coming from the bars downstairs. The WiFi is very stable and has a strong signal. There is no breakfast yet, but I am sure soon they will add it as well. There is a very nice breakfast place 2 min walk away where you can have Western style breakfast and a very nice cute little shop right next to the entrance of the hotel where you can have pretty good espresso. I will surely go back here when I am in Pattaya. Thank you Ambiance and see you soon.

Located in the heart of "Boyztown" this hotel is older but very well maintained. The staff are all friendly and professional, willing to do what it takes to make their guests comfortable, offering help from directions to booking a ride to the airport. The bed is wide and comfortable. Everything works as it should.

If you are a light sleeper, you will need earplugs because the "party" goes on nightly until around 2am. Which is great if you are out partying with them, not so great if you are trying to get an early night's sleep.

I was really happy with my stay at this property. The location is excellent — close to everything in Pattaya, including Walking Street, so getting around was super convenient. What really surprised me was the comfort of the bed and pillows — they were incredibly cozy, which made for a great night’s sleep. For the price I paid, I didn’t expect that level of comfort, so it was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the property offers great value for money. It’s affordable, comfortable, and in a prime location. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a budget-friendly but comfortable place to stay in Pattaya.

I have been to Pattaya many times and have seen many hotels. This place was a very nice surprise for me and my friends. The location is close to everything. A few minutes walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and 7-11 within 2 minutes of walk. Many people complained about it being in Boys Town (gay area), but it really didn't bother me or my friends at all. I felt bad about the bad review because of this. I guess it just depends on how open minded one can be or about one's insecurities. 1. The staff was wonderful. Ton the guy at the reception helped us with everything we needed, he arranged some very cheap and good tours for us. I would strongly recommend to buy a few tours from the reception as they really are the cheapest in Pattaya. The girls of the reception were very friendly and nice and always with a smile on their face. The cleaning staff were wonderful especially the older woman who treated us as if we were her sons. PLEASE TIP THE CLEANING STAFF as they do not get paid much and have a very difficult job especially in Pattaya. You can not find such treatment in the western world. The staff for me is a solid 10! 2. The rooms were big, very clean and very nicely decorated. We booked 2 Suites and 2 Deluxe king rooms. I could not see much difference between the two. The Deluxe were almost as big as the suites and just as good. I was very skeptical in the beginning but I really loved them all. The suites being on the 5th floor can be a little less noisy, but even the Deluxe on the 2nd floor were not very noisy. Since there are bars and discos below and after I read many reviews I almost cancelled my stay think we might not be able to sleep from the noise, but you could hardly hear the music or the noise. The rooms were a solid 9! Overall it was a very nice stay. A total value for the money. Thank you very much Ambiance Hotel. Hope to see you again.

Honestly there is not much I didn't like. If I have to choose something is the lack of the hotel's restaurant. I would have liked to have a restaurant there and also breakfast, but that was not a problem since there are so many within minutes of walk from the hotel.

It's a little bit old. But very well kept up. They definitely maintain the rooms. Everything is really nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm already telling my friends to Stat here when they visit Pattaya and want to be close to the city. Even though there were many bars outside, I couldn't hear them. I did stay in the penthouse room.

The only drawback is that there is not a lot of variety in restaurants in the area. So I wouldn't blame the hotel for this. But it wasn't too difficult to find things with a 10 minute walk.

Great hotel in best location, for very reasonable price! I got unbelievable experience staying there for 4 weeks! Location: 3 minutes from Walking street, 2 from beach, 15 from port. 7/Eleven just around the corner, as many bars and restaurants. Room: very clean, spacious, with superb king size comfortable bed. Air condition working perfectly and silent, many functions available. I used it all night and slept well. Hotel elevator working very very silent! Bathroom: clean and modern! I never hadn’t problems with hot water or water pressure. So everything is perfect. Room service: cleaning every day’s and changing bed sheets. Very professional staff attitude! Staff: very friendly and helpful! Important information: The hotel is located in Boyz Town area! There is loudly everyday until 03:00, so if you are going to sleep early, there can be problems for you! Close to the hotel is many gay bars located, so if you have some problems with that, it’s better to find other hotel. I wouldn’t recommend that hotel for family stay, because of great clubbing atmosphere there.

Excellent location close to party places, pier, walking street, message parlours and beach road. Quiet even in the midst of partying. Staff is very helping and hospitable. Property is clean and well maintained. Bed, cooling fridge etc were functioning well and in perfect order. Overall it's a value for money deal. (Only additional things to note that it's in boyzone, while this was no issue for us consider carefully if it's a deal breaker. Also the interior and paintings are included towards the theme of location)

This Hotel is located in a prime location near pattaya beach and walking street. Beach is 2-3 mnts walkable distance and Walking street is nearly 5mnts walk. The Delux room is very neat and comfortable and worth for money. Staff are very firendly. Only the issue we noticed is they are not provided second key. They refused. All other hotels in Bangkok and pattaya gave second key on request without any charge. instead here, they opened the room when one person is out with the key.

The lobby area is under work. it made some inconvenience.
