Big rooms and a lovely big comfortable bed! Plug sockets next to the bed Staff were very friendly and helpful

You could hear the lift moving constantly from inside the room Location is awful for a young solo female traveller, really seedy men in the area that think they have a right to come up to you, touch you and follow you around!

The staff at the reception are very friendly and respectful towards guests. The housekeeping is excellent — they clean the room and change the bed linen every day. I have been to Pattaya several times, but White Rose 2 Hotel is by far the best.

The owners / staff were really welcoming and accommodating. They kindly gave my wife and daughter free tiger balm and made a fuss of us. Bed comfy. If this hotel could be transplanted into another part of town, it’d be 10/10. Of no fault to the hotel, it is located in the very centre of the Pattaya madness and that’s my fault for not checking. If you want a good, well run hotel right next to all that stuff, this is a great choice.

The other guests. They were noisy, all single men. Noisy outside also. I made a mistake into bringing my wife and daughter to walking street! :D Not a fault of the hotel.

I had a really good time, all the staff were very nice, friendly and smiling every time, they changed my room after 2 days, ok that's fine, I didn't understand why maybe it was their gesture Internally, however ok, 2 bottles of water every day, cleaning and tidying of the room every day, the optimal position near Walking Street, even if a little Noisy, you can still sleep, I recommend this hotel 🙏

The hotel was good, the location was good, The staff was very very nice

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The shower gel was a premium product compared to some I have used. The staff kindly provided a kettle to help me make a fresh coffee in the morning. Having a elevator helped immensely in moving my gear to the 7th floor.

There was music from the local bars in the evening but the hotel is in a central position which makes it ideal for landmarks like Walking Street, the Windmill and the beach.

Great location and friendly staff. While the rooms are basic and the facilities are basic, it was clean. I enjoyed the 'sea view' from mine. All the local tourist spots were relatively close by, some within walking distance.

I would like housekeeping to be more flexible and accommodating with guest requests for extra towels.

close to the main beach and the main walking street. the hotel looked alright and the staff was ok.

Being so close to the walking street, there was noisy at night as there were many clubs around and the room was not isolated. I was lucky to have ear plugs on me, otherwise it would have been unpleasant.

The staffs were so friendly and helpful. They allowed me very early morning check-in. All the staffs, especially the receptionists were so wonderful, the location is excellent, very comfortable room. I extended my stay multiple times. I'll stay there again. Highly recommended.
