The location is best in the city. Right on the walking street.

The staff is really rude. We all were happy with our Choise of this hotel. But at the time of check out we were late so we had to pay extra but that was fine with us but last moment the lady at reception desk say do not come back again. We asked why so the answer was late check out for what we already had paid. Also I would like to share that we asked for early check it for 5 hours which the hotel denied so we booked a a whole day that is from 1 pm and checked in at 6 Am these extra hours we paid and did not utilities where as for late check out we paid extra and bound to hear that Indian are like this and do not book our hotel again. I feel that was really rude.

Location is great and they explain quite well their polices about extra guests. There is a place to leave your bag before and after your staying also, so you can explore well the city without carrying extra stuff.

It is very noisy indeed. As it is between clubs, the whole room vibrates whole night! Keep that in mind, you won't have a comfortable sleep if choose there.

Everything, the place is amazing and most importantly clean and absolutly safe which lets be honest very important since there is only one reason why you are looking for a hotel in the middle of WS ;) Still the staff is friendly, they clean your room perfectly and there is no judgment from them. Stayed here for 15 days and i dont mind coming back next year

The only dificulty i faced was carying my luggage to the 4th floor on the stairs, since no elevator

Good location. Big bathroom, separate shower from rest of bathroom. Handy because then the rest of the floor stays dry when taking a shower. Microwave, kettle, plates, utensils and sink present in the room i got. Air-conditioning and fans. 2 tv's with mediaboxes. Surprisingly quiet given the location. Chain door lock. Big safe next to bed. Need keycard and key to get to your room. Glass water bottles, better than plastic for recycling.

Not easy to find, they have only a small sign above the entrance and there are a lot of...distractions...on the street. Every night i would walk past it and had to walk back because i was not paying attention. The stairs at the entrance might be a bit difficult if you don't look where you are putting your foot.

Good value for the money, clean, nicely located.

A little thumping from being sandwiched between 2 disco bars, but every night stopped around 11:45 to 12:09

I loved it! Do you know why? There is alot of loud music 🎶 throughout the room and makes me sleep pretty well. This superior room made me feel it was my home but this sad it was only for tourists to stay.

I can't live without kitchen but I respect to Guest House rule because it only tourist.

Location is 100% right Directly in walking street thats much better And cleaning staff is very good They do everyday And friendly Working all staff are better and they Talk very good for customers

Everything is perfect, staff is very polite and supportive, location is very perfect, room service everyday, I will recommend to everyone those who come to Pattaya to enjoy, must stay in this property

The WiFi connection was issue and music and bass noise is too loud since there is a pub below. they need to fix that
