One of best property in entire Pattaya. It's in heart of walking street. View you can see from here is not accessible from even some 5 star properties.

It is not their fault but Entire property was renovated recently and some small final finishing was still going when I was there. I hope it is done by now. Cannot wait to visiting again.

Location oh my god very very good and staff was very helpful Especially Reception staff. And swimming pool oh my god very very excellent. And sea views from the swimming pool area. And excellent place around the pool. Next time sure I will book with windy hotel . If the price suitable for me.

No tea and coffee in the Room and no kettle facility in the Room and no lift in the hotel I hope it will be there next time But tea available near the Reception. No reception in night time . My visa Card payment was not acceptable why I don't no.

People think Pattaya a bad place... Walking Street has a bad reputation. I stayed at Windy, very big room and balcony. Loud music outside. Yes. (i'm 58) To sit outside on the balcony, and watch walking street. Fantastic. Very nice staff, and do not disturb sign for your room. The hotel is like peace. In the middle of (safe) madness. X

Leaving

Vey good hotel. i am planning to go again. It near Bay, but in middle of walking street. vey comfortable bed and everything.

The location is really nice , near to Bali Hai pier . And the room are quite big. The staff is really nice. Also the swimming pool is really nice one .

For the bed , there is only one small blanket for 2persons . No hair-dryer. No lift. Bathroom door lock is broken.

This spot is great if you're in town to party! Nice waterfront with pool, clean rooms, right at the end of walking street.

DO NOT! Stay here if you're looking for a quiet getaway. There is a bar/club on the property and you should be out dancing until the wee hours of the night. Unless you can sleep through anything, this location would not be a good choice for anyone coming to rest and relax quietly.
