The location was great - very close to the Balihai Pier. The rooms were very spacious with large balconies. The staff were friendly and courteous A couple of minor issues: 1. The terrain is hilly and the hotel entrance is a few mins uphill walk from any nearby restaurant or convenience store. It’s no big deal if you are young and agile but if you are a senior citizen you might have difficulty walking uphill everytime you go out 2. The restaurants close pretty early in the evening and if you want to eat something at 8 or 9 pm, room service is not an option Apart from these minor hiccups the stay was very comfortable. Looking forward to coming back here again

The hotel was very clean with open lobby area and a nice view of the pool. Reception area was quite large and clean. Rooms were huge with king size beds. Balcony area was pretty good with large windows and seating arrangements. Washrooms were also quite elegant. The rooms and the beds were pretty clean. Hotel is located 5 mins walk from the Waling Street and the boating area. No problem walking back to the hotel during night time.

The first thing I noticed was the receptionist - was very rude. The main entrance staircase was outdated and could have been nicer. The pool was quite small in size. Never felt like taking a dip. The water in my shower did not drain and made a puddle in the shower area every time I took shower and remained there until someone wiped it.

Hotel location is cool, nearer & very convenient to the main attractions.

Malfunctioning of Key cards. Elevators doesn't work without key cards during internal travel. Staff to be trained for technical and behavioural as well. A front desk lady staff spoke arrogantly. Eventually a card key was found with her only. But she was shouting, blaming on my co-guests. Pls train her ethics of hospitality industry.

Fantastic room with a breathtaking ocean view overlooking the pattaya bay. The bathroom was unique with lovely rainforest shower unit. The location of hotel was excellent as it was close to 711, Walking Street and ferry port. Every morning plenty local stall food available at ferry port area just outside hotel.

The walking path down to the shops was a little precarious and the pedestrian walkway quite neglected and uneven... but this is no fault of the hotel. But it does make it difficult for families with young toddlers who use pushchairs. Would be great if hotel had its own private path that lead right out to the streets.

I stayed in premium room and the room was very nice but the only problem was that sound was coming out from air conditioner although it was centralized ac and it disturbed my sleep apart from that every thing was perfect

This was my second time staying in Balihai Bay Hotel. So I was expecting it to be as good as before but I found it even more cleaner and nicer this time. The hotel itself is very clean with a pretty wide lobby and corridor. Its glazed finished everywhere so no issue of smelly and stained carpet. The room size is pretty good. The finishing in the room is pretty modern and lavish. Each room has a full size window. This time it was a ocean view room so the view was amazing..

I believe there is a treatment plant nearby so I could smell some foul odor sometimes.

We were a little apprehensive to book as we saw mixed reviews of the property. We booked Mountain facing rooms and they were very spacious, with a balcony and daily replenishment of amenities. Staff was good and location is not bad, being at one end of Walking Street. A large 7-11 as well as Pharmacy, money exchange and restaurants are 2 mins walk away. The only down side was the breakfast, which was very limited and hardly had any choices for vegetarians. Skip this and eat breakfast outside.

nice and clean enjoyed our stay ,balcony over looking the bay ,a bit smelly on balcony from sewage pumping station but it is what it is ,close to walking street if want that and some good restaurants close by

little sewage smell from sewage farm but in all pattaya is pattaya i just use it for 2 day layover before going to koh larn , i wouldnt let it put you off hotel is clean and food is the normal thai style breakfast which really aint worth the 700 baht but i keep mrs happy

In general locality is good so access to key Pattaya attractions is very good. Rooms are big size and the sea front option is good (if we book it higher)

The sea view option also comes with a dreaded bad smell from the open sewage flowing close to the hotel so don’t spend your time in the balcony or never forget to keep the balcony door closed. Reception staff really needs training, I have seen small hotels with great reception staff which definitely adds to the experience.

This experience was the best of all places stayed in Pattaya - It exceeded expectations. The staff was amazing and the room and view was spectacular. We had the most most amazing sleep because the beds were TOP CLASS. The location was PERFECT as we spent a few days on Koh Larn which is walking distance to the pier and the Walking street. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a central location to stay in Pattaya.
