Location is excellent for walking street and nightlife. The restaurant at night time served very good Thai food at a very reasonable price, but surprisingly empty. Not a problem for me as we got very quick service. Lots of facilities here and an interesting chill out room containing Thai artefacts and a traditional old style pool table.

Strange problem with the chairs provided in the rooms. When moved they made a load noise which was transmitted through the floor. Perhaps some rubber feet would cure this. This is a very large hotel and I did find getting from one part to another a little confusing. Perhaps a few more direction signs would be helpful.

Everything from the hotel main areas to my room was perfect. I have travelled a lot and this beats most 5 star hotels I have stayed in. The pool was exceptional also comes with a nice poolside bar, location couldn't have been any better, just a minute from the boats, the shops, food and entertainment but that minute is enough to allow total peace when sleeping. Room was incredible, even has a bath in the bathroom. Special mention the the young lady cleaner on floor 3 (room 320) she cleaned my room on tap even if I left the room at 4pm, she would still clean it and always with a smile. Handy mini-bar in the room and great air-con. The hotel bar is superb, used it once and was an incredible setting and experience. Breakfast was good but due to my late nights I only made it once as it stops at 10:30, when I did make it the food was varied, good coffee and range of juices. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel.

I made a mistake and took 2g shrooms and bought them in town, the beginning of the walking street in an alley. It caused me heavy breathing, so I panicked and asked for a doctor. The staff manager, Tartar, came to my room with other staff to comfort me and help. They took me to the hospital to calm me down. So it was more care than your mother would take care of you. Any time I get a girl to my room, they take her ID and phone me to ask if I allow her to come to my room. After she leaves, they ask if she is okay to go. In other words, did she steal anything :) It was excellent service. The breakfast is very generous. It offers many food varieties with a chef who cooks your eggs or omelet the way you like. S0 is an excellent service, care and security. the resort is so Eco-friendlly with trees, water fountains, ponds it is superb and better than any resort I ever visited.

I have been going to Chonburi on business since 2017. My business partners recommended Siam Bayshore resort. The staff are amazing! They remember who you are and your patterns of what you want as a customer. I go there once a month for work. I can stay anywhere I want but I always choose to return here. I travel everywhere for work in Asia but the vibe and greenery at Siam Bayshore beats out the very standard feel of places like Hyatt and Hilton. Once you stay in thousands of hotels most are more or less the same. I always look forward to coming back. Ask Tar or Golf if you ever need anything. They are most accommodating.

The hotel was amazing, i thought i were getting a ground floor,but were put on the 4th floor,it was misconstrued how it were advertised,that’s why i chose poolside room thinking my husband didn’t have problems with his walking ,which he suffers with,so we had to pay £315 more to get a ground floor otherwise we would have moved to another hotel.

We definitely didn’t like big groups of asian men round the pool area and shouting and balling from one side of the pool to the other,and also my sunbed were next to my husband’s and when he went to the wc in the room an asian man came and laid on my husband’s sunbed,i felt so intimidated he didn’t even move my husband’s towel so had to go change it😡and not only that they just were all wandering around in dining room with plates full of food and not sitting to the table.and eating with their fingers So that spoiled it for us so i don’t think we will visit there again,which is a real shame.

Breakfast was good, staff very friendly, pool was great stayed here many times a home feeling hotel. if you like the night life very close to that but still far enough away. The security guard at night is good always will have a chat with you when going back to your room

If I was going to complain is the hotel is getting a little old the power switches where very old and now days with mobile phones, i pads and apple watches you have to disconect thing to charge them or do it one at a time which takes time and the hotel needs a good paint especially in the breakfast area

location was good near walking street , property was beautiful very large hotel with lovel gardens and animals , lizards roaming free etc very cool to see was nice , room very nice and comfortable and pool is nice as well

no hairdryer in the room was only thing I didn’t like about the hotel apart from. that it’s pretty awesome , also if price was a bit better would have stayed here my full trip however to expensive to stay for two weeks

This hotel is very beautiful with lots of greenery, the room was very nice, clean and comfortable. This is my 2nd time at Siam Bayshore in South Pattaya, this time we stayed one night for Water Songkran festival and really enjoyed it. All staff were very friendly and helpful especially the front desk staff, K.Kirin, he possesses excellent and efficient services. He assisted us from the check-in process until check-out, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. He truly deserves recognition.

Reasonably well located. Very close to Walking Street (while I do not recommend this, especially not for families, but for inquisitive tourists this is a one-time experience). Very close to the beach. For Indians, it was good because it was close to lots of Indian restaurants & a mall about ~20 mins away by walk. We did not try the Indian restaurants but they seemed very much like North Indian dhabas, and there were many options. Also the lady at the tourist services location helped us plan a visit to Alcazar, floating market & Koh Larn at fairly attractive rates. There was also a Boots within the property & a 7 Eleven 1-2 mins away from the property. Bike rental facility was close by which charged by the day (vs. 7 day minimum elsewhere). There was an issue of the canal being renovated by the Thai government and it smelling very bad. This was resolved by the time we arrived to a great extent. They were very apologetic about it - it was not too much of an issue.
