recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed. The room was spotless and had a fresh, pleasant scent that made my stay even more comfortable. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxation. For the price, it offers excellent value—highly recommend for anyone looking for a great experience without breaking the bank! and most of all the manager was very accommodating and helpful.

perfect location, friendly staff, good value for the money. lots of restaurants around. if you walk to your right when you leave the hotel and take the next left there is a small local place to eat with the most delicious Thai food for a budget amount. very nice lady who speaks English.

the room was very dark, the next building is very close and you can almost touch it right from your balcony.

Decor suffering a little from mold but nothing drastic

The hotel is brand new. Very nice decor and comfortable furniture.. Location is good. Not far from the center and beaches. Very good value for money.

Housekeeping wasn't great. We had our room cleaned only on the 5th day after we requested it at the reception. Also, we handled our room key to the receptionist when we checked out. Next day we received a message from the hotel asking where did we leave the key .

a step away from the noise near the port and walking street, cleanliness, kindness, spacious new rooms, wardrobe and drawers to store clothes and objects, safe, the street is safe, breakfast is ok x Baht 150, new large clean bathroom, shower ok, a modern French window takes you onto a small terrace with an outdoor table and chair (all clean) useful for relaxing or hanging out clothes, next to the hotel there is a street food shop with excellent roast chickens, and opposite the lavender ria, 7 eleven 2 minutes on foot. Excellent value for money, Recommended.

Coffee but 7 eleven so close can take a good coffee for 30 baht.

Bed was a bit hard for my tastes, but nothing terrible

I love it here, I normally get a place for a couple days but lately I’ve found myself staying here months at a time. All the staff are helpful and accommodating from the receptionist to the cleaning ladies and even the maintenance men, ask and it shall be done.

I only had a issue with one of the receptionists but she no longer works there so I guess that issue handled itself

Conveniently placed not into the heart of the noisy walking street nor quite far. a quick 1km walk to the central places of interest. great staff taking care of each and every need. timely cleaning, etc. quite accommodative

I had a great stay in Pattaya. The room was spacious and very clean. There was a comfortable desk and chair, perfect for working. The room also had a kettle and a fridge, which was very convenient. Every day, they provided fresh water and coffee. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended!
