Superior room needs some renovations but it can be manageable..

Room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. It had a balcony.

Staff here does not seem to listen and make assumptions, leading to the wrong conclusions. I had a misunderstanding to do with using their safe at the front desk. I left my passport there whilst i went out for the new years countdown. Upon returning, i tried to collect it and the receptionist was saying that I need to make a 3000B deposit to collect it. When i asked her why, she said it was a security bond for the room. I told her that i had already paid a bond (monetary deposit) at check in and that my passport was not on hold for that. I left it there for safety as i popped outside. She insisted that i only paid for the room and made no deposit. I informed her that i did both. This was not how I wanted to start my new year! When I asked to speak with the manager because the receptionist was clearly not understanding what I was asking, she said the manager is asleep...I asked her to give me the passport wallet so I could show her my deposit receipt. On seeing this, the issue was resolved but it started my new year off on an annoying note.

Location is good

Wifi not working not even a single day out of the 9 days we stayed there

Won't recommend any there for that price. May be uts worth because if location snd size if room Bhat 400 to 500 . My understanding is, waiting for renovation.

Everything could have been better

It was cheap

Beds were awful. Hot water barely hot unless you have it trickle out. Walls very thin and because of the discotheque downstairs, guests come back to the rooms around 6 am hammered drunk and making loads of noise. Not easy to sleep
