Piyada Residence is budget friendly hotel with neat & clean rooms. I booked a stay for a night & my stay was excellent. Staff at reception was helpful. Given me free upgrade to premier room. They have swimming pool at the top where u can see the ocean. Hotel is close to walking street & beach. I recommend this property for everyone.

Staff is awesome and friendly, room is very big, could easily fit another 2 bed in. Swiming pool at floor no.8 although its small dimensions its ok. Location, its about 10 min walk from Tucom. Fast Free Wifi. There is a evening food market just around the corner, 2 minutes walk away. I would surely choose Piyada again in the future.

Annoying residents at floor no.7 room 701. I will not comment further as i would maybe like to stay at the hotel again in the future and because of the awsome staff help regarding the issue.

For the price really not much to complain

The room was spacious, bright and clean. The bed was excellent both for sleeping and for having good time with a girlfriend. Bath was good too, no issues in 2 weeks. The room had a balcony which was handy for a late meal and drinking in the late evening. And the balcony had a towel which allowed me to dry my towels really fast in the day. In addition, I want to say that I very liked the neighborhood: - There is a small food market close to the hotel, I bought street food there many times, very yummy 😉 - There is a very affordable café nearby, very good quality, prices are 50 - 70 baht per meal 👍 - 15 minutes walk from the Walking Street or the Second Road where I could use the 10 baht bus The hotel is guest friendly, I could invite a guest to my room and no unnecessary questions were asked.

Unfortunately, the room had no strongbox to keep my cash and valuables safe. And I would really want to had a microwave in the room too. Though they had a microwave next to the elevator on the ground floor I have to add. Guys, if you added these two things (a strongbox and a microwave) to the rooms you would be absolutely awesome!

it is a bit old, but very clean and very friendly stuff. it would be nice to have the access to the swimming pool longer, as some of us were working with Europe and were finishing work at around midnight - so would be awesome to be able to dip in the water at night

The hotel reception was very kind and the check-in was fast. The room was spacious and bright. The wifi was fast and stable.

The road noise carried into the room through the balcony doors. You got used to it after a while but the odd speeding motor bike late at night could be disturbing. On the other side were night football matches on the pitch that I assumed also disturbed the other rooms, but they finished before late evening. Upon check-in to my room, the floor was very dusty (but only on first check-in) after that day it was swept and mopped daily while I was staying in the room. The location is not right on the beach, but I view this positively. It nearly splits the difference between the two beaches and a motorbike rental next door makes it easy to access anywhere you wish.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel considering it was so reasonably priced. The location was great - only a 15 minute walk to walking street. It was very clean. The staff were lovely and let us keep our bags there the next day after check out.

The bed wasn’t the comfiest but this is standard in Asia unless you pay a lot more.

The breakfast was always fresh and delicious. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. A nice view from the balcony and the location was amazing as well.

There was nothing that we disliked about this stay.

I really like the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good as well, close to beach and central pattaya.
