It was clean, great quiet location right next to everything. The bed and pillows were clean and super comfortable. The Aircon and everything worked as intended, we had a pleasant stay

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Pattaya Walking Street. The hotel is located in the downtown area of ​​Pattaya, but it is very quiet. There is a 711 about 100 meters away from the door. Life is very convenient. The staff is very good and the sanitation is very clean. I forgot my charger in the room. The front desk contacted me and I went back to the hotel to get the charger back.

The room was good and the beds were comfortable. It's very near to the main road and you can get laundry and food within 50 meters.

We kept the "Make up my room" sign outside the room for cleaning. No one appeared the whole day.. remaining everything is good.

Cheap but basic for a short stay. Fresh bottled water when needed. Very polite office lady. A south facing balcony for good morning sun.

TV needed more English speaking chanels. Could be noisy at night near a busy road but no loud music from any bars/disco. I think my room was only cleaned and bed tidyed once in my 8 night stay but i kept things in order.

Good location: about 15 minutes to Walking street and the beach. Located on a small street, so it is quiet.

The rooms are a bit old, could be renovated. Only one big towel is given. Would be nice to have a small towel for hands and floor towel for the bathroom.
