Location was spot on, the staff and owners were friendly and helpful. A sliding door between the bedroom and living room to block outside noise, 2 aircons and a nice big fan to keep the area cool as the area is big! (Intended to take a picture, never did, sorry!) Room was cleaned to an excellent standard whenever requested. I see complaints about stairs, I was on the top floor and it really isn't that many steps, and it's not steep. Overall, excellent value for the room considering the price, location, security, and hospitality.

Shower pressure was a little low, and no socket in the bathroom or bedroom area but these were small things to worry or care about given the positives of the room.

Massive room size, although not needed it gives a sense of freedom and openess. A/C good but also has a wall fan that can lock to a fixed or non fixed direction.. After day one, realised A/C not needed as fan was suffice. Staff service friendly. Large balconey was enclosed, had windows, hence a good noise reduction buffer. In-room safe with key, water provided. Room key, in-room safe key and after hours fob key provided for you late night adventurers. Bed was firm bed not uncomfortably hard.

Yes i knew area is a road of multiple bars and was going to be potentially noisy hence not an issue. The issue was the amount of bars playing such crap music, i could'nt tell who won the crap music award. One place had a male singer who should be sentenced to Quietness in a jungle location for the rest of his life. This male was one night only. Having said that, it was generally over by midnight. Bed could do with more pillows as were small size, but this is an after thought and i could have asked for more. Large fridge only works whilst you're in the room. This is understandably a power saving system, hence be careful what you store in it.

The rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is super-friendly and smiling all the time. Furthermore, the owner is always available for any good advice. The kitchen offers exquisite dishes both of Thai and international cusine.

It was sad to leave. Excelent value for money.

Close to the beach, a lot of restaurants, massage parlours etc nearby. The owner is nice and speaks good english
