This was my second week here in a month after a short trip to Koh Chang & I got the slightly more expensive Superior room this time. Nicer bathroom & decor & worth the extra couple of THB especially if you have a guest staying over. Room is serviced every day with fresh towels & bottled water, pool gets the sun all day & the food here is good 😋👍 The staff are lovely & very friendly, like most of Thailand, I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Pattaya

A very fair price. The room was spacious and well equipped. The shower and washroom was extremely good. NO NOISE due to double glazing, and my room was road side, and opposite a Bar compound. Breakfast was fine, and the laundry service was really good. Pool, although small, was clean and cooled you off.

TV was terrestrial, picture quality and channel choice average. But I'm being a bit petty.....

At 700 baht, this is where I will stay next time I visit Pattaya. Floor 1 ( the ground floor) is a bar with good food. It is not noisy on floor 3.

I am only saying the following incase you see this room at a high price. (I booked a room with no balcony). The window was small and overlooking a balcony for the room next door. It is okay because that balcony is big and they never come to my side.

Stayed in the Junior suite on the back side overlooking the pool, quiet and relaxing. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

There was a continuous smell coming from the drain in the bathroom, could do with a clean out

Location was excellent, and ideal for getting around. On baht bus route and motorbike taxis opposite hotel. Had superior room with pool view which was excellent. Food was great, plenty of options for breakfast and main meals. Pool was a bonus. Extended my stay and would stay again.

I had a big room, I liked it. The noise from the street was hardly audible at all, even though I lived on the first floor, windows facing the street. Everything was clean, the bathroom was newly renovated, the light bulbs give a lot of light, which is pretty important in a bathroom. Very nice and smiling staff. Very close to many options to go for a good meal or to the market.

- Staff were lovely - Amazing value for money - In-hotel food and drink options were extensive and affordable.

- The inner lock in my room was missing or had been outright removed (the door auto locked when you closed it so it wasn't a massive safety concern but having that extra layer for protection can't hurt) - The walls are quite thin so if you want to have a conversation in the later evening you have to be wary of disturbing neighbours.

Friendly staff, 24 hour bar, always a member of staff available if needed. Good location on soi buakhao, near market, Nickys bar and cheap Charlie's 👌

Shower room slightly outdated. And other areas in need of decorating, but overall good experience.

Very convenient if you want to be in the middle of action. Balcony on the road but with sliding glass across the front. So two separate windows which stopped almost all the noise. Excellent. Great bar/restaurant with brilliant staff. Nice quiet pool area.
