The location was very good. The hotel was kept clean and comfortable.

The carparking is restricted. On my check out I was boxed in and just managed to squeeze out because people parked their car opposite me near the front wall. Also I noticed if a car had to be moved. No owner and registration details were taken on check in by reception. Therefore any Tom, Dick, Harry can park in their carpark. There should be easy excess and vehicles should not be boxed in. What if someone had early morning flight at Bangkok Airport and was boxed in by shelfish unknown driver and vehicle.

Well...taxi dropped us on a construction site next to Koko, and my heart sank ! But surprisingly not much noise at all from outside in room just rambunctious drunk Indian guests in hotel . Located really well about 750 meters to beach 1 way and an Awsome shopping mall with 'EVERY THING!! The other way out of hotel street about 150 meters from 'Sleeze' central ,bars massage pubs reastraunts bars pubs eats ' galore " did l mention bars'..

It is a race for the pool sun loungers 3 ' if you don't want beach sand in your'Cracks' . And Russians and Indians are the dominant 'species " so bring ear plugs. If your expecting the Thailand of Bangkok and other cities going to Pattaya your in for a rude '. It's Every man's Babylon ' single or not so bringing your girl or missus is a "NAR " don't! She and you will regret it thousands of men looking and finding 'Hanky Panky " boys gotta be boys right '.

Slightly out of the way of noise but only 5 minutes walk to the centre of everything, Had a small swimming pool, very clean & super hot water. Free tea in room only & unlimited water supply by water machines by lift . Friendly staff & always happy & smiling

Breakfast finishing at 10am. Standard mattress with topper in delux room . Apparently most rooms don’t have same chairs. I was lucky 1st visit as had a comfortable chair, 2nd visit wasn’t so lucky & just had a small stool & Basic chair. Mentioned it to staff & they found a wooden chair in picture for me .

Clean bed, music from room didn't really escape the room much. Stayed on the 5th floor. The lobby food (paid) were solid, tried the breakfast, hawaiian pizza, yum woon sen, matcha latte. Staff at counter were always really friendly and greeted us. Cleaner lady is friendly and nice as well. Location is ok, taxi drivers could find us easily, just that at night one of the path entrance is closed, so drivers can't go in from that side. 1st night comign here driver was blocked from that side and had to do a big turn to come into the hotel path from the other side. Not a big problem as taxi fee was still the same. Didn't use the pool, but saw it is a small little pool, probably good for just a chill dip.

Bathroom door was a little hard to open and close but it's alright. Hotel soap and shampoo weren't that great but it's to be expected, bought our own cleaning soaps.

Large and clean rooms with comfortable beds

Cannot smoke in the balcony of the room which is attached and outside as per the hotel rule

Food, staff, room good, shower head not working as good as it should,, cleaner lady excellent, taxis service excellent, food exceptionally good, and plenty of it.

Roads in and out of hotel disgraceful, and to walk to beach or walking street had to go the long way round because roads were dirt and potholes everywhere, so had to take taxis everytime or walk in mud or the long way adding 15 mins to the journey.

Nice big rooms, comfortable. Nice staff at reception, it even has a little coffee shop for breakfast or quick bite. Close to Soi Buakhao so very convenient if this is in your plans. Has 7-11 at end of street for immediate needs. Overall quality / price ratio is very good.

The street access is a little difficult as the street is not paved + full potholes, so after the rain it is slightly complicated (go slow if you drive, watch for holes/ mud on motorbike). Sadly some of the guests are extremely loud in the corridor and maybe culturally do not realize/ oblivious that their loud talk at 11pm is bothersome to people who prefer quiet...

Central location, easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping and the beach. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly in all departments, reception, cleaning, food and the pool. YingYing, Pop and the young man at reception very kindly helped me in many ways including printing documentation required for onward travel such as evisas, boarding passes etc. I could not be happier with the excellent staff who never failed to welcome you with a huge smile and provided great service.

My second time staying in this hotel and it was really amazing, i live the staff because they are very approachable and helpful. Also the free water in every floor is quite amazing. Beds and pillows were soft and comfy my family loved the room because it was super spacious and has amazing balcony view. a lot of restaurants within the area and a 7eleven nearby just 5 minutes walk, it’s also close to massage and shopping malls.

Nothing so far it’s really giving.

- Unfortunately its the same with most hotels in the city, very loud people ( one ethnicity ) that do not respect others and they are difficult to deal with and very disturbing. Most of the hotels are like this. - No phone in the room to call reception or security.
