My overall experience was quite positive. The location of the hotel is simply perfect; it is conveniently situated near many local attractions. What truly stood out during my stay was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and understanding, always ready to assist with a friendly smile

One aspect that I found somewhat disappointing was the condition of the towels provided in the room. They appeared old and worn out, giving the impression of having been used for many more stays than they should have. For a hotel of this calibre, I believe fresh and well-maintained towels are essential to ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction. I hope the hotel management considers replacing them to elevate the overall experience for future guests

A good buffet breakfast, The rooftop pool is not large , you can almost get three strokes in before you hit the end. A full service hotel with with a professional and caring staff. An elderly guest became ill at breakfast and they dealt with that appropriately and promptly. There are even a few books in the lounge to read. Walking street is ten to fifteen minutes away, and the baht bus songthaews pass by.

The hotel is on Soi Bakhao, and is an oasis of genteel civilization in a very Pattaya setting. There is no bar nor restaurant for meals other than breakfast; lots of local options. The bathroom has a trendy semi-transparent wall to the bedroom, so the light in the switch for the mirror can illuminate the whole room.

This is my go to hotel. I usually stay in Pattaya for 4 weeks at a time and usually stay in 4 different hotels a week at a time. I booked for another week here as its really good.

The rooms are starting to need a bit of maintenance. I.e. the soap tray was loose so had to keep the soap on the floor. This is the second year on the run I have booked a room with a double bed via the Booking.com site and when I have turned up they have only got a twin bed. They push the beds together but you keep hitting your head on the fixed lamp in the middle and the plugs are in a awkward position.

The hotel is located in a great spot on a busy street, with massage parlors and supermarkets nearby. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are excellent, including comfortable beds. While breakfast could use some improvement and more variety, it’s still satisfying, especially with the delicious coffee. The receptionists were very welcoming and helped us multiple times during our stay. An added bonus was the affordable laundry service, which came in handy. Lastly, the Wi-Fi connection was incredibly fast.

I had requested a king bed, but unfortunately, it was not available. Additionally, my room's window faced the back of the next building, which was not an ideal view.

I was looking forward to a relaxing swim in the evening, but the pool closed at 8:00 PM, while the gym remained open 24 hours. Extending the pool hours would be a great improvement. Overall, it was a good experience, but a few adjustments could make it even better.

The location is great, staff are very friendly and professional and this was the reason for choosing this hotel again. There is a rooftop pool and gym to use. The receptionist was great on arrival. We arrived very early because we had driven from Hua Hin and the lady was lovely and let us check-in early which was a huge help after a long drive . I really appreciated that .

We did have a few noisy people on our floor but that wasn't the hotels fault. Just ignorant people having fun but was woken up a few different occasions.

I had a clean, comfortable room. Breakfast was good, both in taste and selection. The aircon, television, and plumbing worked flawlessly. I especially enjoyed the rainfall shower head with plenty of pressure and streamy hot water. I highly recommend this hotel.

No complaints about Holiday Inn Express in Pattaya. Throughout our stays in Holiday Inn Express in Pattaya, Bangkok, and Kualalampur. The best was Pattaya, and the worst was Holiday Inn Express in Kualalampur. The staff didn't look motivated, not friendly, the quality of service to include food and hygiene was not upto standard at holiday inn express, Kualalampur. Very disappointed 😞

A good hotel situated at the end of Soi Bukhao, the must go to street for ex-pats and less hassle than Walking Street. The hotel has a small gym, pool and sun area on the top floor all of which are adequate. Breakfast is served buffet style with an excellent choice of food and drinks. Whilst being next to a very noisy and busy Soi, the hotel's soundproofing is excellent. Rooms can be cleaned anytime so you needn't worry if you have a lie in. Just ask reception for housekeeping when you want and the room will be cleaned and linnen and towels replaced.

Rooms are reasonable size but they could offer some larger rooms which would be nice for longer stays. Also it would be nice to have a better bar area. The hotel has a small seating area next to reception which doesn't offer much ambience. Finally breakfast would be beteer from 7.00 to 11.00 rather than 6-10 as most folk here are not up at six, unless they are retuning from that night out!

The location was good, property as such is also good. Beds were ok and the rooms were clean. Smooth check-in and Check-out. Breakfast was good but breakfast time was only till 10 am, which I don't like. In Pattaya, it should be at least 10:30 if not 11 am.

The aircon need servicing it is was too low even if set on 24 and hot if put on 26 degree, and it continuously made a faint noise. Need longer breakfast time
