Its a beautiful hotel, very modern with great colours of blue azure design everywhere. Restaurants food is amazing. Location is very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed it so much I stayed extra nights and didn't want to leave. . would definitely come back. I sound like I'm getting paid to say this haha , I rate this hotel for it's unique design and staff and doorman , I might stay a bit longer again. Don't want to leave . Haha

It could have been a little bit cleaner. But for a 3/4 star hotel it was acceptable. Food in restaurant a bit more expensive than street food but it looks like more of 5 star quizine. Restaurant beautiful with amazing fish tank but always empty probably cause of the prices . Most people on a budget don't want to pay the extra for the food . But it's worth trying once or twice. The presentation is beyond 4 star .plus you have to be careful the apartment door is shut properly . Will not close by it's self needs a secure push .and should clean lifts a bit better. And polish the chrome work . Minor issues in the scheme of things .

My 7th or so stay at Centara Azure. As always it fulfilled my expectations. It's a very good hotel and the location cannot be beaten (in my opinion).

I am already booked to go back to Pattaya in October. I will be staying elsewhere due to the rates given by Centara Azure. The hotel demand reasonable rates. As a previous guest, I know when they are charging too much.

Not the first time i come here - the people who work there are always ready, and will help you if you have any questions or concerns. They listen and act. The swimming pool is fabulous and the rooms are just what you'd expect. The shower pressure is great, and so is the water mixer. The location is great. I'll definitely be back.

Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but just that some travelers could be noisy at times (banging on doors, talking loudly in corridors) - but this was by no means catastrophic.

Every thing was good how ever the doors of the hotel very heavy when opening and closing needed lot of strength,also the first day I checked in there was a rat swimming across the pool so I never used the pool it was a shame the pool was very nice I wanted to use it. The breakfast was OK however they need to get more quality fruits in there and few more dishes the room cleaning guy was so good 10/10 my advise get these things sorted out which I have mentioned and this place will do more better business. 9/10 score for my family

Location hotel room was nice and big pool looked lovely however I didn't use Room cleaning staff were very onest I left my safe open with all my money and passport there was nothing missing 🙏 thank you I had 150.000 bhat in cash in there every thing was there excellent staff 10/10

Pool area fantastic, room was clean, Dining area was always tidy, food options amazing! close to LK Metro and Treetown. Walking distance to most places. Staff super friendly. My second stay at this hotel, it does not disappoint.

Gym could have some more equipment, but then again, not many people go on holiday to workout ;) I have no other issues with this hotel, an absolutely sensational stay. I will be back in the near future.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location. If you are a light sleeper get a room facing the pool. The rooms at the front of the building face a very busy road and traffic doesn't stop till 5am and then only for a few hours. Breakfast was OK. Plenty to eat but not a great variety. Pool is brilliant and very laid back. VFM

The staff were great, the location is perfect and the bed was very comfy.

Some of the pictures do not represent the hotel as it is today. There is a rear door leading to Soi Diana. The security guard there (from the adjacent hotel Centra) was unpleasant when I went to use the access. Without this shortcut, you'd have to walk all the way around.

The best part of the hotel is the location. Anything that is worth visiting on foot is walking distance. The staff were exceedingly friendly and willing to help at anytime. Even thou I did not get time to use the swimming pool area I would say it looked amazing and even better at night when the lights came on. That Is my only regret that I did not use swimming pool facilities. Fantastic breakfast. Rooms were brilliantly designed with fancy led touchscreen light switches. The beds were super comfy and at times I overslept due to this reason. Overall a fantastic stay and I will make this my go to hotel for my future stays in pattaya.

Location was excellent. Cleanliness was exceptional. In my first room. I think the air-conditioner was dirty and it made me sick in bed sick for two days. Staff friendly. They swapped my rooms which was great thank you
