Staff was always cleaning, very respectful, and helpful with all questions. Very quiet hotel even with all outside noises, within walking distance to beach and central happening area. Nice, modern lines & simple design to hotel. Although didn't utilize, has on-site small deli for breakfast and lunch. Initially hard to find as not well marked from outside that hotel is through open door hole in wall from the gated lot (really need better marking on that side), once found easy to get around through alley & from street through gate.

The pool itself was wonderful, but the jacuzzi wasn't working and not repaired during stay. Lounge chairs extremely uncomfortable with no cushions to cover the steel center bar. AC wasn't working in gym so very uncomfortable during workout with the heat & humidity. No on-site laundry or ice, would be nice to have on-site these simple needs that are use to in nicer hotels. Rate was good for low season, worry about it going up by 4 times in cost during high season and can't stay there on return trip in 6-9 months.

The hotel was centrally loacted within walking distance to Central shopping centre, restaurants, 7-11's and all entertainment venues. Despite this the room I stayed was not noisy. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The bed was soft and suited me just right and the room had black out curtains so could sleep in after a night out. The bathroom was spacious and the water pressure was stong. The rain shower was delightful with the high water flow. Staff were friedly and helpful.

The pool spa did not work and depite being advised it would be up and running in 2 to 3 days it never worked during my stay. The pool lounges were poor as they had not cushions on them which meant that when lying on them you could feel the support bar underneath digging into your back. Suggest change them or have cushions to put on top of them to make them comfotable.

Clean tidy allways

Excellent location, staff are very friendly, rooms are clean with fresh towels daily. Very helpful 24 hour reception desk. They have someone help with the bags to the room and make sure the rooms are cleaned daily fresh towels and bedding.

Being charged for a dirty towel apparently and also for a water out of the fridge.

Great location and rooms seem to have been upgraded and even better. Giant comfortable bed was like a Premier Inn one and luxurious. Lighting and corner room perfect. Must mention the front desk staff always remembered me and were so helpful.

Wish I could have stayed longer plus missed out on the shakshuka as I arrived Saturday.

The service and hotel staff were very good and available for anything we needed. Sukanya was very kind and nice to us, and provided excellent service. She was fun, funny, pleasant to talk to, and helped us with everything we needed. Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel.

A special mention for the room cleaners (floor 4 ) they were excellent , room was spotless and cleaners had a great friendly way about them . Breakfast was excellent (served in sister hotel next door) Pool area was small , but was never busy , ans sauna & steam room a real bonus

The road down to hotel was quite uninviting due to forthcoming building works

The pool was not cleaned out we had bugs in the pool wouldn’t take a lot for someone just to clean the pool out in the morning before it’s used

the employees are very kind and try to help us for everything. the swimming pool is very nice and we can use the pool from the apartment.

the first in our bathroom have a light broken but they fix it very fast for us. later we have problem about hot water and air conditioner but they all repaired so fast. in last 2 Nights, have a group of Indian, they were very drunk and very loud.

Good location, nice hotel, spent most of my time out but its in a good location, easy to get around the city, everything you'd need for a short stay
