Location is Fantastic. Everything is Next to this Place. 7/11 stores 3 in 50 metres...food ..fruits...Tuk Tuk to Beach just next to the Location. Ms.Nikki, Ms.Fairy & Mr.Big are Execellent and Responsive. Only these 3 are Active. They are Asset to the Hotel. Room Cleaning is Fantastic. Balcony is Good. Tv Channels - Awesome. Rooms with AC of Pool Facing is Good. Room with Pool with will be Nice. Check In & Check Out.

AC are Not at all Powerful. Worst Wifi in Many area. Very Bad behavior by the AC Technician & All the Other Staffs in the Reception. My first Room AC was pathetic. No one Ready to listen in the Reception. The AC Mechanic just cleaned the Filter in the front and he is Everything is Perfect and All Okay in the Reception. Very Bad. Same with Wifi Technician. They should work with some minimum justice to their work. Ms.Nikki helped me changing the Room Next Day. But that Room Ac is Good but Wifi 🤣🤣🤣. Except the 3 - Nikki, Faiy & Big - The Other Staffs irresponsible and not Even ready to listen. Swimming Pool is Beautiful but the Water is not cleaner/Processed. Sorry to say....but this is the fact - Same Old Huge Men gets in without taking the shower.

The front building rooms facing the street, can be a bit noisy. Other then that the place is fine!

Excellent location. Fantastic value for money. Staff were very polite and spoke very good English. We had a problem with the shower where the water flow was poor because of the shower head. I spoke to reception and it was fixed in 15 minutes which was incredible service.

Pool was in the process of being cleaned so I have seen it cleaner on previous visits. Just a timing thing as all pools need cleaning. At least it proves they clean the pool.

I've stayed at three other hotels in the area. The view is the best you will get for the price.

Because the price is so affordable, your fellow guests can look pretty shady. For some reason, they cannot read/understand rules for keeping food or glassware outside the pool area nor the rule to shower before entering the pool

Great stay close to every thing and room was very peaceful and quiet. Good size room plenty of furniture for everything you need. WiFi was excellent 5G for whole duration of my stay. Swimming pool was great. Cleaning staff was excellent and room was cleaned daily with fresh bed made. For the price you can't go wrong.

room was good,bottom floor,rooms in higher floors seem a bit more modern from memory,more lights,nicer chairs,but being on bottom floor makes it pretty even

Everything about this hotel works for me. The place is made by the staff who are really helpful, from little things like helping park cars in a very tight car park, through to making the checkout process simple & easy

The only "fault" is the car park, but this time was not an issue because it was a relatively quiet time of year.

The location was in the heart of Central Pattaya on Soi Buhkaow.From checking in to checking out the staff were all friendly and helpful. There were 2 pools for relaxing around. Room had aircon and roof fan so choice of what you wanted to cool room down. Room cleaned everyday,bed made fresh towels,2 bottles of water provided.First choice of hotel when going back to Pattaya.

I liked everything for price in location can not fault it.
