Located on Soi Lengkee, close to some of the popular places, LK metro, soi baukhao, tree town. My room, while now having a good view, was quite quiet. The pool was good lots of sun in the morning and plenty of shade in the afternoon. In room safe, kettle, balcony. The water pressure was really good and the hot water great. The hotel staff were great, 24 hours front desk

Balcony view, if I stay again will ask for a pool view

The tree vines climbing up from the swimming pool square were a new feature for me and quite nice, so was the blossom tree. Lovely swimming pool and cafe area. Rooms a teeny bit dated but the older the bigger. I have been again already and would go again again.. Location excellent for restaurants, loads of restaurants and bars on the doorstep and beyond.

Parking needed a parking attendant and you had to leave your car out of gear, handbrake off and wheels straight so he could shuttle cars about, but no problem for us at any time.

I was very lucky ,pool view with balcony ,quiet and very peaceful view The location on soi Lengkee ,proximity to one good restsursnt for breakfast Chomp on left ,one good restaurant for khso soi for lunch to the right.Dozens of gooc restsursnts for dinnrr in soi Buakhow . Walkable to Major cinema complex + all the nightlife Helpful staff at Reception

The hotel is aging

Location is right in the mix of everything. Despite the location it is quiet enough for a good night sleep at least pool view rooms are. Housekeepers are doing a great job and are very friendly. The nice pool area is perfect for relaxing. The pool water is cool, very nice and refreshing. Comfortable bed.

If I am nitpicking, the bathroom can use an update. Not a big issue and it won't keep me away.

One of my go to places when in pattaya.Stayed a few times never had a problem.Its a basic cheap room that does the job,i found pool view rooms the best for a littte extra.If its your first trip to pattaya as a single guy on a budget you cannot go wrong here.Theres everything you need around you in soi buakhao area.

Nothing for the money

Location, in the middle of it all but still an isolated from the melee. My room was quiet, big, clean, the shower / toilet room was basic but totally functional, the staff were very helpful and accommodating.

To be picky, the shower unit itself could do with an update, but I’m just picking hairs.

the property is definitely dated but thats what i like. its like a 70’s james bond movie. the poolside rooms are about 3m from pool so no need locking your room. the soi the hotel is on has all you need but a bit less hectic than others. staff were friendly and helpful. will definately stay again

Legendary affordable hotel in good location. Swimming pool is lovely for the price too. Reception was nice even though they were under stress due to the cable work going on that cut the internet connection. Sure it took longer but it's for better of Pattaya the cable work.

Typical old shower for hotels in this price, location and age range. But I knew what to expect as I've stayed here before.

Staff pleasant. Rooms basic but clean . Nice swimming pool. Great location. . Food ok in restaurant. Beer very cheap. Quiet considering location.

Tvs too small. Lack of English speaking channels. WiFi can be slow at times. Shower hanging off the wall. . Mattress very very hard. Always woke up with aching neck. Shoulders and hips.

Friendly ...polite clean helpful ....I stayed with my daughter and when she was in hotel without me the staff look out for her ....would recommend hotel 100%

Little bit noisy from bars across the road but nothing to complain about and nothing to make me not book again I've stayed pattaya many times and would stay there first choice
