The hotel is nice and the rooms are very clean even if a little bit dated. The staff is very friendly, they've let me check in a little earlier (because the room was already available) which was very welcome after a long flight. The hotel is on Chaiyapoon street which is full of bars so its definitely not a family destination, but its good if you want to be in the middle of action. The room I booked had a flat screen TV and a balcony. Few days later I moved to a family room which was huge and also had a balcony. Overall its a very nice stay and the location is good if you know how to navigate Pattaya.

1) Both rooms I've stayed in were on 5th floor and I'm not sure why, maybe due to lack of water pressure, the water heater in bathroom didn't work properly. Finally the trick I found to make it work was to turn on the hot water tap so the heater would turn on, then turn on the hot water in the shower and then reduce the tap to minimum. That way you can have hot water in the shower. 2) There is a live music bar/club on the opposite side of the building that is blasting music until 3am. They seem to have a nice sound system as the whole building is literally shaking from their music. It's not hotel's fault of course and nothing they can do, but its worth noting if you're not planning to stay out until late.

The location couldn't have been better considering the hotel is so close to Tree Town NightMarket. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and the staff were really nice. There was a minibar in the room full of a verity of drinks. The linens and towels were also all clean. There was a safe box in the room and there were ample space for storing clothes and other belonging.

The most negative aspect was that the bathroom and shower did not sink the water as fast as they should have. Also, I would say the bathroom faucet for my room needs to be changed for something else that gives out water in proper stream. The toilet seat could be changed for a better one that properly covers the toilet bowl. Also note that the area becomes very noisy at night and the noise usually lasts all night. So this hotel is best suited to guests who are real night owls!

I booked their cheapest 500 baht room. I think they only had one. It was on the ground floor so that made it easy (room 101). Good aircon, firm bed, good water pressure, soap and shampoo incl., 2 bottles of water per day, safe in the room and good parking out front for motorbikes.

The internet was a bit spotty at times for me but that wasn't a big deal especially at the price I paid. The bathroom also had an odor but that can be common as venting of toilets and sinks is not like ours in the west.

Great little hotel on a lively Soi. 1st time here, staff fantastic, started with a little hick up with the card reader at there end but after that fantastic.

Rooms could do with an update little dated in places, sound proofing on point when inner door closed you cannot hear the hussle and bustle off the bars below. Our visit was during the low season so area was quiet most of the time. Would I recommend absolutely yes, hoping to return in March 2025.

Friendly, helpful staff. Big room, Free 2 bottles of water. Very clean, air conditioning worked very well. Despite being on a street full of bars it was quiet in my 2nd/3rd floor room. (G, 1, 2)

For people that can't do stairs, there is no lift. The "free parking" consists of space for one car immediately in front of the hotel. With the help of the staff I was able to move a motorbike so that I could fit my car in the space. There is apparently free on street parking on the main road.

The property is absolutely fine for budget accommodation. It was clean, and the room was adequate for the price. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is great, right near ladyboy bars and the usual girly bars. Probably not the best place to stay with your mother.

The beds were incredibly firm / hard. It took me a week to get used to it.

Top floor room 401. Very clean room. To be fair to the cleaners they do a fantastic job of keeping the whole building spotless. Considering it's on soi Chaiyapoon that is remarkable. The location is perfect for easy access to soi Baukou. This isn't my first time in this room. Would definitely recommend if you want a place with night life and food all around you.

This place is on one of the best soi's in central Pattaya. soi pothole is the common name that the locals use It's spotlessly clean and has friendly staff. I had 2 weekend stays in a suit room while staying in Pratumnak for my 3 week holiday. The rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels replaced. If you're looking to stay in the heart of the night life I fully recommend this place.

For the money and the quality of the suit room. Unbelievable value. In the middle of soi chaiyapoon or as most locals call it soi Potl hole. My room had a very good air con unit. The staff keeps everything very clean. If you're looking for good quality accommodation within walking distance of Lk Metro. Tree Town. Massage shops and bars on your doorstep then I recommend this place.
